We stayed for a week and were very comfortable. A lovely cosy hotel in a great location. The staff are amazing. The cooked breakfast is superb and the black pudding deserves a special mention! We also like the eco-friendliness of NOT supplying toiletries that guests can takeaway (2 in 1 shampoo dispenser and body wash dispenser provided). The daily wee treat in the room is a nice touch.

No usb port in the bedroom and only one socket point accepted standard UK plugs.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated and really spacious. Beds were super comfortable and big. My toddler couldn't sleep as the street lights were coming through the blinds so they kindly moved us to another room with less windows during the night. Breakfast was delicious. A really lovely family run hotel that made us feel right at home.

Would be great if the curtains were black out. But other than that everything else was perfect.

The breakfast was one of the best i had, in 8 years of working on the road visiting different hotels, the locally sourced food, the cooking and presentation was excellent, i loved it! the room was great, the evening meals was great the people looking after me were awesome, i couldn't fault anyone. i didnt use the wifi so didnt comment on it

it would have been good if the blinds in the room stopped light coming through, i found this to be the only issue, it wasnt something that is easily resolved so didnt mentioned it at my visit. but might be worth adding curtains or something to sop the light passing the edges of the blinds

My partner and myself both had different breakfasts and we were more than satisfied with what we received. The location of the hotel was ideal and easy to find. The outside beer garden area was excellent and due to the fabulous weather on the day it was fully occupied. We would not hesitate to book this hotel in the future. All staff were friendly and gave us great directions to the location of the event we were attending. Regards Alex & Pam

I could not work out how to operate the shower, ( might be an age thing )

Second time I stay at Orchard Park hotel It's close to my family, in a nice suburb of Glasgow (southside). A nice characteristic building with a very popular pub as part of it. The breakfast is good (a part from tea and coffee). The bed is super comfortable The staff are nice Locally there are lots of nice cafes, a supermarket The Burrell Collection and nice parks .

I asked to turn the heating in room off at night and it didn't happen. Offer better tea and coffee for breakfast!

The breakfast on the Moday was good the breakfast tuesday poor, differnce was we had an early breakfast and then one not cooked to order and therefore poor. Potatoe sconces hard and bacon reheated. The staff went out of theri way to provide scottish bread (well done) Latte no avaialble but on the dirst occasiob staff provided stemed milk on the Tuesday not possible. Hnady for trains and buses

The room was well presented however the bathroom toilet was tiny opening the door and entering was a navigation feat. The cistern was runnning all the time were there and the door jammed. Very clean by way of compensation. The room was cold with no heating and although it is May it is also Glasgow. Parking was a struggle no reserved spaces for residents. We had to leave eaarly (family matter) however the management were unable to provide any form of compnsation (reduced rate next) so in the end an expensive two days

Lovely hotel, presented really well and modern! The stairs and hallway are very impressive! Bed was very comfortable and overall the size of the room was decent - stayed in Rm8 Junior Suite The breakfast was really good the next morning and every member of staff we spoke to were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed here as we were attending a gig at Bellahouston Park, it’s a little out the way but easy to commute into the centre. We pre booked a Taxi to get us to the venue which cost just over £40 return but so glad we did because after the Gig it would’ve been hard to get a taxi or transport otherwise. Generally we really enjoyed our stay and certainly wouldn’t hesitate to again.

The bathroom was very small considering the size of room, the sink had a crack in it too but it was still functional and the shower was a good size. The hallway outside was a little noisy with people in/out of rooms, the doors aren’t very sound proof! We also found the room to be very warm which meant having the window open during the night and leaving the blind raised so by 4.30am the room was light and a lot of noise outside from bins being emptied etc.

Great location, Giffnock is a lovely area and not too far into Glasgow. Room was lovely, bed comfy and nicely furnished. Only drawback was we had to completely close the roman blinds for privacy. We ate in the brassiere and the food was amazing! Staff were great, really attentive, found us a table even though they were fully booked and so glad they did. Food was so tasty!!!!! Breakfast was great. My husband said his poached eggs were the best he'd had in ages, couldn't agree more... perfectly cooked. We'd definitely stay here again!

Just the blinds, could've done with secondary blind for privacy but other than that no issues.

Breakfast was very nice. We hadn't booked for Dinner and it was very lively in the bar/bistro but the guy was very helpful and found us a table quite quickly. Great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious!

At breakfast the chef was late so we had to wait for the cooked part, but they brought us lots of toast and coffeee and tea was readily available. Very nice when the main event finally came.

lovely hotel, friendly staff and the mattress and bed linen were wonderful. my room was beautifully decorated. Whilst the location is on a busy road and outside entertaining area below the rooms, all was pretty quiet by 1130pm, but this is offset by how handy the location is for travelling into Glasgow by train and getting to from A74. I would definitely rebook and was sad I only had time for a one night stay.

Shower room was pretty small but it didn’t affect my high rating of the room.
