My room was very comfortable! Especially the bed! It was beautifully set out. I had a towel missing when I arrived but this was sorted for me as soon as I reached out. The shower was really lovely. I felt very safe here, security was great, I had never stayed in a self check in b&b. But a very good first experience!

Not a lot I didn’t like! I would say it would have been good to have a lot more option breakfast wise. I understand it was Continental however not a lot of choice. Also sometimes noisy being at the front of the building but this wasn’t too bad once entertainment had stopped. But you can hear people quite well outside. But this wasn’t anything to major.

The property is right in the heart of Hebden Bridge, with pubs, restaurants and cafes all within easy walking distance. There are good bus services to the larger towns nearby (Halifax, Burnley), and there are two long stay car parks within 300m. Keypad access is straightforward, and the communication from the property is excellent, so you know what to expect and how to gain access. The rooms are well furnished and well equipped. The decor is welcoming and the property is very clean. The continental breakfast was pretty good.

The bed in room 1 was slightly small compared to what we are used to. But that was really the only small negative.

I liked the communication i received via email & text beforehand and the ease of check in/ check out. The decor was spot on, our room was lovely and the bed was beautifully made up & inviting. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfy, when we got in we had a little nap. Fell straight to sleep! Also enjoyed the hot drink selection in the room, hot chocolate, coffee and teas. Breakfast was fab! There was a member of staff on hand who made us a coffee, but the rest of it was buffet style cold continental - what a great selection! Croissants, bagels, crumpets, yoghurt with berries, fruit, cereals & aaalll the condiments including little sachets of peanut butter. What a treat! The member of staff also kept topping things up. Great attention to detail & all round amazing stay. Thank you!

A very well-appointed B and B with nice quality furnishings, decor and snacks. Care had been taken to present our room beautifully.

It was odd to stay somewhere where you had to let yourself in, collect your own key. There was an emergency number but things like not having enough loo roll didn’t feel like enough of an emergency to call so we used our own tissues. As two women travelling I didn’t feel that safe in a building alone. There was a very noisy bar next door and as we got home after dinner we heard really aggressive and violent language. Being alone made me nervous. It should be marketed as serviced rooms, not a hotel or B and B.

Clean throughout, modern, comfortable bed and pillows (for once). Crisp white sheets, blackout curtains/blinds that work! Very easy access operated by keypad. Continental breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Lovely treats like buns and fruit were available for when you arrive laid out in the dining room. They supply brollies for you to use during your stay, lovely idea being the unpredicted weather in the UK. They have this sussed!!!!

Not a lot really. Having booked the standard double it was very roomy just the toilet was a little cramped but the shower was great and lots of room. The price was a little more I would have paid but it was a birthday treat and it was bank holiday. I normally pay no more than £100 even in city breaks. This wouldn’t stop me booking this room again but next visit will not be a bank holiday.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I also got a room upgrade (unasked for) which made a positive impact. It was a lovely, quiet room which was comfortable; the heating was very responsive and the windows opened easily so it was very easy to maintain the perfect temperature. Also the lighting in the room was great and easily adjusted - it is easy to take for granted but sometimes in hotel rooms it can be awful, this was perfect. There were plenty of teabags & milk in the room & hot chocolate and biscuits get a big tick. it is this kind of small attention to detail that makes this an excellent place.

The breakfast was a pretty good continental selection & was certainly much more than adequate, but it wasn’t exceptional. I was offered a coffee each morning and I’m sure could have asked for more, but it would have been nice to just have easy access to refills. This is being picky, given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms it was extremely good but a few small tweaks could make it even better. That said, leftover pastries and fruit available all day was a big positive.

My room was lovely, really comfortable, I wish I'd had longer to enjoy it. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved the addition of an armchair to sit and relax in, read a book, watch tv or just have a cup of tea. I liked the kettle and hot drinks available in my room. The room was tastefully furnished and I had a lovely view from my window. The breakfast was better than I expected as someone offered to boil me an egg - which I accepted. I'd only expected a continental. The choice of bread, bagels, crumpets etc was good. The staff doing breakfast were friendly and I was really grateful to be able to leave my bag until I travelled back home.

very clean, huge bed, stylish furniture, lovely breakfast, powerful shower and good facilities. it was in a convenient location for the Trades Club as we were going to a gig there. We had a nice view over canal and surrounding hills. we’d definitely stay here again.

it’s a pity there was no parking. We were able to move the car to a super convenient car park around the corner from the hotel, but this had been full when we first arrived. I suspect most hotels would be like this in He don Bridge.

My Mum and I had a lovely stay in a top floor twin room, facing the back. The room was absolutely gorgeous, really spacious, with a dressing area as well as a beautiful bathroom, and the beds were super comfy. The staff were all amazingly friendly, and I was very grateful for the gluten and dairy free options for breakfast.

The only drawback was the lack of parking. I suspect in quieter period parking is not a problem, but in this summer period, it was difficult to find a space in the town.

Fantastic stay! The room was lovely and very comfortable in a prime location. Check in was easy and we were shocked at how nice the room was. The bed was very comfortable and they had thought of everything we would need.

Most of the room was clean however, there were a few cobwebs and a dead fly on the floor when we checked in. But we didn't mention this in our stay so they didn't have chance to rectify. Just a note for the future :)
