Three Horseshoes Inn0

What can i say.. but. Fabulous. I have just returned from a weekend in Hereford with my partner and booked this beautiful Inn. I was not disappointed at all. This place is full of lovely country charm.,the pub has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. The room we had was very large and comfortable and the food was exceptional. The staff here made us feel so at home and were accommodating from the minute we walked in.Big shout out to the landlady, who is doing a wonderful job . Well done to all at The Three Horseshoes. I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality. I highly recommend a visit to anyone passing through. Keep up the good work. Xx

Lovely staff working very hard to please. They even bought our granddaughter a brand new cot and mattress. Pretty Olde Worlde pub where we stayed with our children and grandchildren for 2 nights while attending a wedding at nearby Dewsall Court. Rooms were very warm and clean. The bathroom could do with updating (electric very noisy shower and windows not double glazed) but it was very acceptable. Excellent full English breakfasts cooked to order, accompanied by cereals, yogurts and fruit juices. The staff were lovely and could not do enough for us!

The bedroom lighting could be improved (for putting on makeup) and the bedroom and bathroom would both benefit from double glazing to replace the old wooden single glazed frames.

The location was good for us we were staying at a venue nearby, the pub downstairs is very nice and lovely old beams. The staff were very helpful to give us a heater as the central heating had broken, but we didnt need to use is as it was so warm! And the full english breakfast was lovely thank you.

The extractor fan for the kitchen was at our bedroom window and the deep rumbling of that going off at quarter to 7 was hard to sleep through. Also there were no soaps for washing in the shower, so we used the hand-wash. I think this is an issue which you can't quickly ammend, but I think it was when the nextdoor room's electric shower comes on, it was an incredibly loud deep rumbling

Parking and booking in were easy. Our room was a decent size, clean and comfy. We had a good value/ good quality evening meal, and in the morning we were again pleased with the quality of the breakfast. For a country pub, the Three Horseshoes excels.

We were asked to pay in full at the time of booking in. I can see the logic of avoiding problems chasing debts from dishonest, non paying guests, but it’s always nicer to feel trusted!

This place was a fantastic stay! We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at a local venue, so in and out with a need to leave before breakfast one morning. The staff were absolutely amazing and offered to make us breakfast butties to take with us so we did not miss out. We stayed for dinner one evening as well and the last morning for breakfast, and all of the food was very tasty :). The bedroom itself was very comfortable and clean, with lovely decoration. The bonus was that I was a wally and left some of my personal items there when we vacated. The staff went out of their way to post my items back, saving me a lot of money in replacements. I would certainly come back and use this place again, as well as recommend it to my friends.

The door did not shut properly without locking the door from the inside. We happen to lock ourselves in anyway, but would have preferred to be able to close the door without it. The shower is very loud. I imagine this is a motor/pressure related issue due to the age of the building (having grown up in similar properties - I get it). But I did feel a bit cheeky having a late night shower because of the noise These are not really critiques - all manageable but hopefully constructive feedback.

An excellent nights stay at the Three Horseshoes Inn, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the twin room which was lovely, the attention to detail was nice, bear in mind with this room that the bathroom is private but just down the hall. We had dinner in the pub which was great and breakfast the next morning was plentiful with fresh/local ingredients. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was good, the room was clean and more than adequate for one night, we had a meal in the bar the evening of arrival which was very good and quite reasonably priced.

Not much, the sausage on the breakfast could have done with turning to get a more even cooking, the room was a bit on the warm side but could be managed by opening the window although there was a chiller running on the outdoor fridge but generally an enjoyable stay.

1stly breakfast was lovley everything tasted so fresh, the food of the evening was top notch, compliments to the chef, the staff were friendly and polite. the room was modernly decorated with lovley acessories the beds were very comfortable there was plenty of sockets for the room.

um if i had to pick 1 thing id say...... the tv was alittle small. still watchable x not really anything else. x

The staff are exceptional. We forgot to book a taxi to the train station at the end of our stay (didn’t leave enough time of course…). Much to our relief the lovely folk here went well of their way to get us there in time. Great wee beer garden and a fantastic breakfast!

Nothing - it was a great base (as long as you book your taxis in plenty of time!)

The food was excellent. We had a very nice lunch upon arrival, loved the fire-baked pizza for dinner, and enjoyed the included breakfast too. The room was pleasant and the ensuite was excellent, except there was no mixer faucet at the sink.

The location had no apparent walking areas, and no shops in walking distance. I was not totally surprised by this, but it is the one reason that I would not give the place a rave review. The drive to Hereford was not long though.
