Firstly, the staff is welcoming and helpful. As it was the first opening week, I even got offered a glass of prosecco and chocolate on my arrival! The room.had everything I needed, and even more with the kitchen. That was a nice surprise. Finally, the location of the hotel is just perfect, near the Riverside. It feels very safe and I highly recommend this place. I will come back again!

It is new and thus very clean and modern. The kitchenette is well organized and very useful. The location is excellent and staff is very nice.

The design has multiple flaws. The room is tiny and the kitchen is behind double doors that cut the space in half. There is no plan for how to eat what you could prepare in the kitchen. There is no table or space for it. Perhaps a big tray to put on the bed might help. The bathroom sink has too long a spout, so it is impossible to wash without splashing the whole bathroom. The tile on the wall is beautiful but it is not sealed at the ceiling - it will become moldy very soon. The radiator in the bathroom is hot all the time - it is a danger for an unsuspecting guest. The airconditioner chills the room then waits until it is too warm..

Nicely designed small room with anything you'd need. Small kitchenette with pans, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooker. Wardrobe with iron board and iron, hairdryer. Tv in the room. Although we did not use any if it it was good to have them handy. Richmond station was literally round the corner not even a 10 minute walk as per google maps showed. Surrounded by a good number of exceptional restaurants, pharmacy, book stores, clothes shops, coffee shops, and close to the river where you can have those endless walks in peace away from cars.

The space between the bed frame and the rest of the walls and unit was slightly limited luckily we had only travelling bags. It would probably be difficult to be comfortable with luggages although there is space for storage under the bed.

We loved the location and the small neat room had cooking facilities. Staff terrific and location perfect with a beautiful park opposite the Roebuck pub with great food and a magic view.The park has steps down and a hidden coffee shop with great coffee,lovely ambience and lots cakes many gluten free. The walk down brought you to a road that led back to the hotel. The Tow path from Richmond to Kew was wonderful and hard to beat. The Nox we will return too and Richmond is a bus ride from Hampton Court and good train links to Heathrow and London.

The lack of a lift and a 3 floor climb was an exersise in itself but the big bug bear was the regular battle to operate the kitchen hob. So a clear instruction sign would be good. My wife found the pillows too high.Those are gripes but we'll still return to the Nox and so will you. 😉 The front desk staff girls and boy are a gift to any hotel Thanks again to them.

Great location - perfect for exploring Richmond Park. Comfy bed. The hotel is super clean. I went to NOX Richmond for a brief solo trip and to work (as I work from home 6 days a week and really needed a change of scene!) The second room I stayed in was perfect - it was great to have the fridge and the microwave etc. I would go back but I would be sure to book a room on the riverside not the roadside next time. P.s I really appreciated the hotel's use of refillable soap/shampoo containers - this is so much better and more sustainable than the mini disposable plastic bottles that most hotels have!!

The first room I was in looked right out over Petersham Road, it is a very busy and very noisy road. I did ask to be moved the next day and was moved (after a bit of a to and fro). I moved to a much quieter room on the other side of the hotel. The rooms are stated as "soundproof" but this is not the case. Neither rooms I stayed in were soundproof. The WiFi did cut out while I was on a call but this was only brief.

Really beautiful hotel room, very modern and very clean! Great view looking out to the Richmond river. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Perfect walking distance to all Richmond activities. We stayed here for the night and it was good for that. Great bus connections nearby. Would recommend!

The hotel does not have a lift and the small rooms are very small so one to avoid if you have very heavy or large suitcases. It is better for a short stay with minimal luggage. There was a lot of noise from the room above and we could hear their footsteps, would recommend bringing ear plugs.

The hotel is located round the corner from Richmond bridge and at the bottom of Richmond hill, 10 minutes walk from the station. So a great location,in a character building overlooking the river. Inside has been completely refurbished to a very high standard so although small the room (101) had a pleasant feel. It was very quiet and had a very comfortable bed, the small kitchenette would be useful if not wanting to go out. There are so many great places to eat within minutes away that I expect this feature will be rarely used. The classic view from the top of the hill was a gentle 10 minute walk. The staff were pleasant and efficient and there was someone on hand 24. Hours.

Plenty of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Less than a ten minute walk to the train station. Very comfortable bed. Although the rooms are small (don't plan on hanging out all day long), they are packed with everything you'll need (private bathroom, plenty of power outlets, and even a fridge/sink/microwave. Easy check-in and checkout. Internet speed was fine. It's a remodel of an old hotel but it's not just slapping on a fresh coat of paint, they actually took the time to upgrade everything, and I do mean everything, with brand new stuff.

If you have a car, there's no parking available that I'm aware of anywhere nearby (Richmond is not random car friendly). The shower door is... interesting to open from the inside (could use a handle or something). The neighbor (couldn't tell if it was the bar next door or the neighbors living above it) blasted bass-heavy music both nights I was there - however, the staff were kind enough to switch me to a different room on the second night, which helped. The rooms are pretty small (not dinging them for it, since their photos represent room size very well) but it's worth noting if that's something that matters.

Excellent facilities and very comfortable! Great location too. The kitchen area in the room was fantastic! And the bathroom was extremely clean and well looked after!

We turned on the extractor fan in the little kitchen and a lot of dust blew out - not an issue as it clearly hadn’t been used before and was very new! Easy clean with a wet bit of tissue :) shower door was a bit tricky to open once in the shower as no handle inside but again not really an issue. Worth mentioning there is no lift and lots of stairs, but we didn’t really mind as the hotel was excellent!!

Brand new hotel, very stylish with comfortable bed and really helpful staff - lovely bathroom, the rain forest shower head was a nice bonus The location is central in Richmond and has loads of restaurants near by and a short walk to the river and station

It's VERY new. There's still building dust on surfaces and all over the bathroom. Our room was very compact and had cupboards each side of the bed, my wife and I both banged our heads on these during the night. It could also do with some sort of secondary glazing, it's by bars and restaurants and we could hear everything
