The hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was great, with a choice of cereals and yoghurts on offer before a delicious, perfectly cooked option. It was a very tranquil location and our room ( suite 1 ) overlooked grounds with lots of grazing sheep which was lovely to wake up to. A nice touch for guests to have access to a microwave and also netflicks

Everything was perfect

Lovely property in a beautiful, quiet location. You get your own spacious parking space too. Owners were very welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. Rooms are simply decorated, very clean with decent showers. Breakfast was lovely, pre ordered on arrival and ready at a pre arranged time. Good quality ingredients and substantial, with cereals and toast available as required. Village was a 15 minute walk with a very friendly pub with decent pub food. We would definitely stay here again.

Feels like a minor stately home, hidden down some very small roads. Make sure your SatNav works - I use Waze, which found it without any problem! Very rural, view of fields and woods. Very nice room. Key drop clearly explained and worked well. Wifi excellent. Good breakfast. Friendly owners.

Mildly surprised there was no shampoo for the shower, although to be fair shampoo is not listed in the details as an item provided. The details ought to mention the stairs up to the breakfast room; not an issue for us but would be a problem for the less mobile.

The location was picturesque and the breakfast Oh my word, it was very tasty and forever well done to the letter. The breakfast was beyond a doubt phenomenal and the hosts were very warm and friendly and amazing beyond belief.

Loved everything about the property, especially the patio at the back of the suite 1 where my wife and I stayed. The farm beyond the property where sheep grazed was well kept, watered and the environment very clean. The property is ideally located within easy access to the nearby town and historical sights.

Our hosts were wonderful. The room was really spacious ( fit for 2 adults and a 30kg Labrador ), lovely decor and not just clean but Monica clean ( if you know the Friends reference ). Nice big shower with proper water pressure. Amazing breakfast and nice touch with the welcome folder in the room with info about the area: where to go, where to eat and a little bit of history of the place. Wi-Fi worked with no issue at all.

Mark and Paula are excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Mark sent us an e-mail with directions to reach the property. Our suite overlooked the extensive gardens which you are able to walk around and there was a patio area with table and chairs just outside our room. Breakfast is cooked to order and was delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a very comfy bed for a good nights sleep.The location of Trelaske Manor puts you within easy reach of the popular tourist resorts in Cornwall and it's not too far from North Devon either. Would highly recommend a stay here and we would definitely return.

A very clean accommodation... good size room and en-suite. ... with access to dining area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Plenty of parking space in front and huge patio and grounds at the back. Tucked away from main roads but easy to get around ... 45mins drive to Bude, Boscastle in the northcoast and similar to the south coast. Both Mark and Paula looked after us really well... and served us a delicious breakfast every morning.... we had a superb break with sunshine every day.. feel totally relaxed.

Not much to not like. Just the shower tray in our room did not drain quickly so filled up whilst showering.... Mark is aware so hopefully it be cleared.

The room was very neat, clean, modern and had all that was needed from a B&B

The only let down was the mattress, so often the one item that gets attention from the guest but the hosts don't get to try it. The bathroom was spotless, however a shelf to put bathroom stuff on would have been useful, limited flat surfaces for bath bags etc.

Breakfast first class with a good choice of english or continental. Hosts very friendly and informative about the area we were planning to visit. Able to share a lovely garden area with parkland views.

As one of the party was 92 years of age, a comfortable relaxing chair would have been appreciated. We would have preferred two single beds but the double was very comfortable.

Mark and Paula are amiable, full of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble.. The huge and varied breakfast was exceptional, Mark asked my vegetarian partner to try several different sausages and give him feedback. Breakfast was so substantial we did not eat lunch, simply bought picnic foods and ate them on the patio overlooking the sheep and consuming local beers and gin. The beautiful Poppy the hosts' dog soon found us. The local pub, the Archers Arms was within easy walking distance and we spent a convivial evening chatting with locals and then walking home in the dark. We are looking forward to returning at our next available holiday.
