We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. Lesley and Paul are such lovely people and we're very welcoming., chatted lots with us and gave us lots of recommendations of where to go and what to see . We would particularly recommend going to Tintagel Castle and doing the sealife safari in Padstow . Also the food at Puccelli in Padstow was delicious The guesthouse is beautifully furnished throughout, such character and so lovely to stay in . Every time we went back after venturing out, we spotted something we hadn't noticed within the furniture/decor etc. The guesthouse is situated perfectly for visiting lots of different places and we had a lovely view from our room. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us every day by Paul and was delicious. We ordered our breakfast by filling in a breakfast form the night before and leaving it in a holder on the outside of our door the night before. We stayed in the room with a four poster bed and ensuite . It was spotlessly clean , comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. It was a little bit of luxury and we really enjoyed chilling out in there . There is a big TV on the wall in the room which had access to netflix/prime etc so you could always find something to watch . We felt thoroughly looked after and will definitely return at some point in the future .

Nothing, there wasn't anything to dislike

Lesley and Paul were wonderful hosts, friendly, and very helpful. Had a few lovely chats with Lesley at breakfast time. From the time I stepped into their wonderful guest house, I felt at home. I was shown up to my room and the bathroom. Lesley told me all that I needed to know. The bedroom was very luxurious, beautifully decorated, lovely bed linen and towels and plenty of tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom was lovely and clean and very big with nice hot water. The setting for breakfast was wonderful, and the menu was amazing . Melorne was also near to Tintagel and many other wonderful things to do and see. All in all, I loved this wonderful guest house and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. Everything was 100% perfect. Nothing at all that I didn't like. AMAZING

Paul and Leslie were generous and friendly hosts, always available to answer questions and give recommendations for the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed Paul's breakfasts, Leslie's sharing of the history of the area, as well as the luxurious room we stayed in. Coffee and tea were available throughout the day as were several different types of fruit. We definitely appreciated the comfortable bed to sleep in, and the fast wifi that enabled me to get a bit of work done. Their home is centrally located, allowing easy visits to several different towns, beaches, and villages.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, a better standard of cleaning than any other hotel, villa or guest house I've ever stayed in. A lovely bath as well as a shower and lots of bath products provided. Fresh waffle dressing gowns provided for our use. Comfy bed. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts and loads of variety of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad etc.

The only tiny thing I'd ask to change if I stay here again is to have the plug-in air freshener removed before we arrive as we found it very strong smelling. Other than that it was absolutely perfect, could not have been better!

The Approach and Welcoming bring us Both happy tears, The visit has been an absolutely magical moment for me and my partner. We have decided to spend our Honeymoon there for a cpuple of days which gona be any time before Christmas, soon as our Date is set we will book. We were picked up by the Owner of Melorne Farm house and take for a quick visit to the an exceptional part of Cornwall which I could see the real beauty of a part of the Ocean I cannot explain how a amazing it felt, and the it beyond beauty. There is nothing at all that I can say unpleasant, everything is just as perfect and beyond our expectation,

The cooked breakfast was fresh, local, hearty and plentiful.! Plenty of choice in terms of cereal, spreads and beverages. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The owners were so friendly, welcoming and willing to share their local knowledge of the area.

It’s on a busy road, which you only heard when the windows were open, but to be honest it didn’t bother me. There was so much more to embrace about the place, that it didn’t matter.

We were instantly made to feel at home at Melorne - I can't recall ever having received a warmer welcome. As well as being fabulous hosts, Lesley and Paul have created a place full of character of charm, making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Breakfast is excellent, as is the afternoon tea - you won't need anything else to eat afterwards! Finding somewhere that is right for our family can be tricky but Melorne is perfect.

Not staying for longer!

Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice and as much tea and coffee as you like. Served promptly with a great big smile. Nice way to start your day. Paul and Lesley are so helpful and can tell you all the best places to visit. Will be recommending to all my friends. Ps loved the hot tub 😁😁😁. Nothing to dislike

We stayed at there to go Tintagel. Very cosy atmosphere like!!! I stayed in my aunt's house. Was interesting to see house decoration. They provide good breakfast in pretty dining area. :D and liked there're enough towels . I wish I could stay more & look aruond garden & take a rest but we needed to start long journey.

Nothing. but you need to aware that some room need to share the bathroom.

Beautiful place with very helpful staff. We stayed during a rare hot spell on the top floor, the velux windows were amazing for keeping us cool. Everything was beautiful here and sharing a bathroom was not as difficult as we anticipated. Breakfast was incredible.

There was quite a bit of road noise as we had the windows open all night and the property is conveniently located on a main road.
