Upon arrival we were upgraded from a cosy double to the standard double and it was a sufficient size. Everything was clean and it had been newly refurbished so looked good. The bed was very comfortable, pillows too. We had a skylight rather than a window and it gave almost full blackout - a bonus in the summer months! Breakfast boxes were left outside our room at an agreed time: containing juice, yoghurt and fresh fruit, but sugary pastries and biscuits which were just a bit sweet first thing. The staff that we met were lovely and very helpful - from the reception staff to porter to cleaner. We were made to feel welcome and valued.

There was a sharp piece of metal I caught myself on a couple of times where possibly a stopper had come detached from the metal doorstop. It was tight getting into the bathroom. We were on the third floor and there is no lift in the King's Street building, but my four year old braved it! (The staff kindly carried our heavy suitcase to the top and back again at the end of our stay).

The standard was very good. Aranit, the manager, greeted us very nicely with some water and a snack for our hungry son. The room is not spacious, but it's comfortable, with a desk, good illumination, and enough sockets. The bathroom was nice, with good water pressure. The breakfast box was also good and timely every day (you tell them when you want it brought). Despite it's not central for touristic spots, it's well connected via the underground (4 lines) or bus. There is no restaurant, but there are many good options around.

After we flushed the toilet, sometimes it kept flushing. We were slow reporting it, but when we did, they said they'd look at it-we didn't stay long enough to see it fixed. The room, especially the bathroom, was cleaned daily, but the room was done only superficially.

It is a small hotel. Good for a short stay. We had a early arrival. We can leave our luggage before inchecktime and also after checkout. The personnel were very friendly and helpfull. They brought a simple breakfast package (croissant, muffin, yoghurt, mueslibar and an apple) to our room. We had a 3person room. It was not so big, but enough for a small family. Traveltime from AirPort Heatrow is approx. 30 min. with the metro. Traveltime to centre London it is approx. 20 min. with the metro. There are two metro station nearby the hotel. The hotel is situaties in a street with lots of choices of restaurant and shops.

Although the room was neat. We found some breadcrumbs in the corner.

This is a relatively new hotel on King Street close to Hammersmith Tube Station, which is a really good part of London. The rooms are normal sized and nicely done, rooms are clean and well maintained (there is free tea and coffee available as well as bottled water, if someone needs these). The bathroom is clean and well set out too (shower little elevated, but almost walk-in for example). They provide towels and shower gels inclusive in the room charge as well (both are really nice). The staff on site is cordial and professional, they can be asked if you need anything during your stay. I had a booking with breakfast included and they offer standard continental breakfast pack (box delivered to your room at the time you requested between 7-10 am). It is really standard, but good quality items in the box to start the day in a good mood. I can only recommend the place if you travel to London. As I traveled alone, I cannot comment on family-friendliness or other relevant topics, but for solo/business travel, this is definitely a good place to stay.

Nothing really, the place is nice and worth the price given it is in the heart of West London.

The staff!!! Minhas, Robert and others, they were great, kind, helpful and accommodating for which we are very grateful as this was our maiden trip to London. They definitely made our stay stress-free and comfortable. Thank you! Basic Breakfast came in a box and it was great that we could request for it to be delivered early in the morning and have some food before an early start to our day. Location was central and in a safe area.

The only thing to note about this hotel is that our room was in the other building on the 2nd floor with no elevators. We were not aware of this and being an older couple it was difficult to take our luggage up and bring them out and to have to climb those stairs at the end of a tiring day! For 2 persons occupying the room, another chair in the room would be very useful; not happy to have to sit on the bed! We were a little uncomfortable about being asked to pay a £50 deposit upon check-in, but it was refunded without a problem. The manager should make note of this on the booking confirmation form so guests are aware of this before checking-in.

The room is small, but not a problem if you are only going to sleep there. It is good enough for a couple. The shower is small, but with good water pressure. The hotel is situated close to lots of shops, restaurants, a bus stop and the Hammersmith Train Station. Breakfast is included. but it comes packed in a little box. Staff are friendly.

We checked in on a Sunday. Check-in was smooth, and the room was small, but adequate. The receptionist on duty on the Sunday did not know how the AC worked and had all sorts of excuses, so we had a very hot and uncomfortable first night, but the next day the manager showed us how the AC works and it works well. On the Sunday evening the only lift in the hotel broke down and it was only fixed on the Tuesday evening, The bed in our room was also broken, but it was replaced swiftly.

The hotel was very close to Hammersmith tube station (our arrival station) and the Eventim Apollo (Hammersmith Odeon for people of my age!). The hotel was easy to find and very secure with telephone or card-key entry to reception. The air conditioning worked very well and was not too noisy. We had a quiet room (which we requested) at the back of the hotel and even with an open window the noise was acceptable. The hotel appears to have been newly refurbished and the room's fixtures and fittings were all good. The bathroom was quite large, especially for such a "cosy" room. The breakfast was delivered to the room at the requested time and contained enough selection to satisfy us; banana, breakfast cereal bar, yoghurt, small muffin, sausage roll and orange juice.

The room was small and the double bed was pushed against one wall, which is not ideal. However, the receptionist did ask if we would like to look at another, slightly larger room but we were settled and for one night, the room we had was fine. We did book a "cosy double" after-all so we got what we paid for.

Upgraded to a fabulous superior room. Thank you! V friendly staff. Central location with pubs, restaurants, shops, transport links etc. on doorstep. Extremely clean. Beautifully comfy bed. Coffee / tea making facilities (& breakfast box brought to room) greatly appreciated! Amazingly powerful shower, lots of space in room &, to top it all, windows which actually open!

Lack of communal space, though everything else was so good that this didn't really pose any problem at all!

The hotel has a brilliant location close to Hammersmith tube station. The room was spotless and unbelievably quiet for central London. The bed was very comfortable (especially with a decent, new-looking TV to enjoy). A reasonable continental breakfast is delivered to your room at a time you want.

The hotel is in two parts - I was in the 'Kings Building' literally around the corner but no lift. Fine for hand luggage but if (like me) you get a 3rd floor room on a hot day it could be hike for some. Request a lower floor and you'll be fine. I had a 'cosy' double and it is small but for under £100 still a bargain.
