Point A Hotel London Westminster

Room was comfortable and though small not at all cramped for me as a solo visitor. Everything was clean and the housekeeping kept everything lovely and neat each day. The reception staff went above and beyond. I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency and when I went down to let the reception know that I would be checking out earlier than my original booking required the woman who I spoke with was so kind and reassuring. She really set my mind at ease when I was worried about having to make big last minute changes to my plans.

Bath wood be nice but it’s just a small room, so understated a shower was chosen in the design. Tea and coffee station inside rooms instead of lobby would be preferable. If you need to charge in the room tea , so be it. You’ll probably find sales go up as a lot of people can’t be bothered to get up and go down stairs , they will wait till Check out and go for breakfast somewhere and get it then. Feel that feedback I should get paid for a consultancy fee on how to up sell. 🌝

Great location - right across the road from Lambeth North Tube Bed was comfy and room was clean. Staff friendly and helped with luggage. Modern facilities.

Had an issue with the Air Conditioning Unit - however, when that was raised the problem was fixed. I stayed on the lower ground floor without windows, and I could hear the Tube train going past. Rooms were very small "compact" - as I was travelling for work I had a bit of luggage, so felt cramped. However, if you're travelling alone and only using the room to sleep - this wouldn't matter.

Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff. A little expensive for a small room, but this is central London we’re talking about, so the price is to be expected. I would stay here again.

Aside from the small size of the room (which, again, was not unexpected for central London), my only quibble was that the street side frontage was a little subtle. I got off the tube and walked by the hotel twice before I realized that I had done so. More prominent signage would help jet lagged tourists like me. :-)

I loved the cleanliness, the location and the ceiling lights the most! The room had an a/c which is crucial in a hot weather. Perfect choice if you are looking for a clean hotel where you only go to sleep mostly. Service was good, staff were friendly and the keycard system worked well. The curtains blocked the lights at night well and the shower was good + the water temperatures were easy to control.

The room was smaller than what the picture lets you think but this was to be expected from London hotels. I managed to fit my luggage on the windowsill. The noise travels easily through the walls, but this is also to be expected. It was a small inconvenience when a person in another room threw up at midnight and in the morning. Just a heads up!

It is exactly what it says on the tin - a very convenient point A for whatever central London point B you have in mind. It's a great base camp for anyone who doesn't plan to spend much time in their hotel. My one-person room was tiny but very functional, the bed was wider than I expected for a single and extremely comfy, and sound and light insulation worked well.

There was no flat surface in the room to set anything down on. The small fold-down table was unstable and tilted when unfolded, and I couldn't find the supposedly available stool. The (very loud!) oxygen detector(?) also went off easily whenever the AC wasn't working hard enough.

The location was fantastic, right next to a tube station and only a bridge away from Soho. The room was modern and exceptionally clean and the staff were great. The room itself is small and really is just a bed and a bathroom but with a big window and mood lighting it's not a problem at all. Would highly recommend staying here for couples as it has everything you could need for a hub in the middle of London

Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but we knew they weren't available when we booked so it wasn't an issue at all, coffee is also available in reception

Great central location, surprisingly quiet , light and spotless room. PLenty of places to eat nearby and excellent coffee and bakery on Lower March just round the corner

Be aware the room is small, the double bed was right up against the window wall. It also had the hateful plastic sheet underneath which makes for sweaty and uncomfortable sleep so we removed that. However as we only used the room as a base while mostly out in London the size didnt matter too much to us

The location ...the friendly staff .. the amenities around tea and coffee in reception but also a costa next doot .. over the rd from tube station sainsbury and souvenir shop pubs across the rd 10 min walk to the strip on Thames River where London eye London dungeons and other attractions are ....tube can get you anywhere in London

It was very small but we only slept and showered there but it was clean and ideal for us as a couple for our long wkend stay would defo use again too

The hotel was just what you want when you go to a large city - somewhere safe and comfortable to wash and sleep. The shower was a little small, but I'm a big girl :) The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet from London traffic. My neighbours were a little noisy, their doors closing quite loudly. Not their intention I'm sure. So close to the Tube and even an easy walking distance from west London. The rooms were available early for us.

Having to walk a flight of stairs to the top floor lugging a 25kg suitcase wasn't fun. The shower was a bit small for my size 20 frame hehe. I would stay at Point A again and would seek them out in other cities.
