The staff were polite and helpful. The facilities were great. The rooms and views stunning. We were there for my graduation, the hotel knew this, and upon entering my room was a hand written congratulations card, a bottle of prosecco and some cake waiting for me. Utterly amazing place. Breakfast was delicious. Very well laid out. Property was spotlessly clean. We loved our stay here and will be back.
There wasn't any part of my stay I could complain about.

Able to leave luggage free of charge in secure area hours before check-in and also hours after departure time. Facilities in room excellent, couldn't fault them. Breakfast amazing, varied choice, ie full English, Contintental etc. Staff in Reception area and Bar area outstanding, friendly & knowledgeable.

Location is very good. Within walking distance of London Eye. However, the best thing was the staff. Let me explain a bit. After these 3 days, we had one more night of stay on 25th and since we were not sure that our son will be accompanying us, we had booked just a standard double room. Idea was to discuss with the management during our stay between and 16th an 19th and request for a change to a larger room. However, we forgot about it completely and only remembered the issue while checking in on 25th. Oscar at the desk noticed that we were 3 and even before I could explain, he upgraded us to a studio room on 11h floor with a view of London Eye! We were floored! I have forgotten the exact name, possibly "Margarita" was also very helpful at front desk.
Concierge denied keeping our luggage while we travelled to Cotswolds and coming back on 25th.

excellent location. great size family room, plenty of space, bath and a walk in shower, large bath towels comfy bed. comfortable bar in the lobby area, tasty bar food. didn’t have breakfast but it looked good. top tip- book breakfast a day in advance, it’s £7pp cheaper. staff were excellent. friendly and helpful.

The location, the view from our executive suite. Basically a good modern hotel with decent facilities.
The carpets were worn out and dirty with a few dark tan/ brown stains that looked like excrement had been there. They should be replaced with a solid flooring for ease of cleaning. Hallways included or new commercial grade carpeting. A better coffee machine would be useful and supplies like sugar, etc. The location of the safe on the floor level shelf seems poor for older folk to use. Price is expensive, but so is all of London.

We arrived early and checked in with Jaan who welcomed us as we have been several times before and who went above and beyond for us as it was a special birthday celebration to give us an upgrade on our room with a view of the london eye which was amazing and also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Highly recommend this hotel for friendliness of staff, cleanliness. amenities, dining (breakfast was very good with plenty of choice) and great location for everything. We certainly had the best weekend and will be booking again on our next trip away.

Location for site seeing was excellent close to transport and within walking distances to attractions. Was upgraded to a larger room for both stays. Food for breakfast was very good and plenty of variety.
Not knowing when booking that you could not store luggage at the hotel as being a departure point for Trafalgar bus tours we found out the day we arrived with a sign on the front desk that they could not store extra luggage as when we arrived back from our tour we had booked an extra six night stay at the hotel.Trafalgar tours policy is one large bag per person and coming from Australia we needed more clothes and essentials for a tree week holiday.
