Best Western Chiswick Palace & Suites London

Loved the staff and the price. Clean, safe, etc.

The local metro station Turnham Green only has stops during the night/darling morning. Google maps would say lines were stopping there that were not. Blankets on beds were HOT and no sheets.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Parking was good, enabled us to leave car in safe place and we could then walk.use tube or bus to get into central London.

Enjoyed the breakfast but the cooked items needed to be kept hotter.

We found the staff and customer service excellent. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the range of items available was amazing. Very high quality ingredients in the cooked breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room had tea/coffee making facilities . I emailed ahead regarding parking , the parking area is small so I wanted to guarantee spot as we were airing late so booked in advance. There is a charge for parking and an extra charge to book in advance. It suited us as we had our own spot for the duration of our stay , denoted by a cone with our name ! The staff are very helpful and welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay .

Our room could have been bigger but it’s London and space is a premium , it was perfectly serviceable for our short trip and we spent very little time in our room.

This was our first time using best western in the Uk and from my experience with them, anywhere I go in the world, I must use best western hotel My experience was superb spanning from the very clean rooms, highly professional and friendly staff always ready to help my review will not be complete if I don’t mention one of the most outstanding staff for us Mr Seron, he sure indeed was very amazing, warm, professional and always ready to help.He has given us very good impressions about Best Western Chiswick and we definitely would use Best western anywhere in the world again and again

Everything about them was very cool

In a great location with both Stamford Brook and Turnham Green tube stations close by should you wish to get out and about and go further afield, locally some great pubs, bars, restaurants and fast food takeaways to keep you fed and watered, the purpose of my trip was to revisit with my 25 year old son a part of London where I lived and worked many years ago and see the inner city sights, being close to the district line allows you to do so with ease, things really do change with time but on the whole it was a cracking weekend and a great visit and will no doubt call again in time.

the staff are friendly enough however I was told parking isn’t always available on arrival and that I was lucky, when I asked what would I do had that been the case as it state’s available parking with no reservation is available when I booked and have since called the hotel to double check, the gentleman just shrugged his shoulders, this would be my only anxiety about booking this hotel again as my preference is to drive rather than use the train. I found a dirty sock belonging to a past guest poking out from under my bed. the staff seem to over police breakfast time and could maybe use a better approach, maybe make a mental note of faces on check in so guests don’t feel like they’re somewhere they shouldn’t be while grabbing breakfast.

It was a last minute booking in August, so I was lucky to have a very pleasant large quiet double room, with air conditioning. Breakfast was expensive, I much preferred the alternatives from nearby restaurants. The location was perfect: plenty of buses and taxis, close to the tube. Not short of restaurants or pubs, and even a small cinema opposite. The reception staff, particularly Soren was always helpful, and well informed, and with a smile.

For the price of the room, it would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room, and a proper coffee machine too. The carpet looked rather tired and marked.

Courteous, professional, and helpful staff. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from Central London. There are many great affordable restaurants in the vicinity as well as supermarkets and pharmacies for a snack run or toiletry purchase. The closest underground station, Turnham Green on the District line, is located within a 8-9 minute walk.

The property is very well-kept. However, the carpets and curtains are dated and are visibly stained.

Elegant and classy "boutique hotel" away from the hurly-burly of the centre, along a nice street dotted with an array of pubs and restaurants. Very nice and cozy room with a lot of space to store luggage. Very comfortable bed. Nice and friendly welcome at the reception. Good breakfast. The hotel is 10 minutes by walking from Turnham Green Underground Station, 15 minutes by walking from Chiswick House and Gardens. The District Line is perfect because you don't have to change and you can easily arrive to the centre, 10-15 minute by Underground. Just 2 stops from Kew Gardens and close to Richmond, the verdant area of London on the Thames, near Hampton Court. I liked very much the hotel and hope to come back for my next stay in London!

Parking onsite a bonus for this area, the main reason we chose this hotel. The room, bathroom was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the tea/coffee facilities were clean which is always a bonus. Easy to find satnav found no problem. The reception was excellent and very helpful.

The room was a little too warm for my liking even though it was raining quite heavy outside. Due to being right next to the entrance you could hear the front door when it closed and we were concerned this would keep us awake, however we did not notice it once asleep. Also being at the front we did think maybe the traffic might keep us awake through the night, but again this didn't happen. Parking is tight Into the carpark.

The location is great. The metro station (Turnham Green) is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It is in the 2nd zone. A lot of restaurants and shops are nearby the hotel. The room is just comfortable. The bathroom is OK, but a little bit smaller, than comfortable. The breakfast is a wide range English breakfast. We spent the whole day with sightseeing and spent only the nights on the room. So it was useful for the purpose, sleeping. If you would like to spend more time in the room, it is too small.

The room should be a little bit bigger. A fridge would be need or at least a mini-bar.
