Brilliant location, studio apartment (no. 7) was well designed and as advertised. We especially appreciated the well designed kitchen, storage and utilities (cutlery, oven, washing machine etc) -- everything was available and accounted for so we had a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Check in was a bit frantic -- the manager seemed very stretched and I was just handed keys and asked to see myself up to my room. I could not work out where the key fob to get the electricity going was. This didn't feel like a good entry, however he appeared later and was more polite and kind so I realise they may just be a bit short staffed. There is no real room service or other touchpoint with staff, and they were perfectly nice at check out.

Excellent location Close to earls Court metro which is accessible to most places We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for us WiFi excellent Kitchenette well stocked with basic utensils so that you can cook some meals M&S food hall is very close by Many many restaurants all close by And quiet and peaceful inside the building And the best part was the prompt and helpful staff Very concerned and very helpful they helped us book a taxi in the morning to the airport which was a godsend as there was a downpour early morning !!!! The staff is available always to help and address all our queries which was so reassuring !!!! Could not have asked for a better place to spend a week in London !!!!

The apartment is spacious and stately in style making you feel as if you are in a very English Stately Home. The facilities were excellent, warm, and in an ideal location. The staff are brilliant and happy to assist us to make our stay perfect. The daily service added to the stay and ensured we spent our time making the most out of our visit to London. The apartment is located down from Earls Court Tube station which made going into central London very easy. The lift to our apartment is of old style with 2 doors to close before you can go up or down, a great nostalgic experience.

There was not much to dislike, maybe additional TVs in the larger bedrooms would be an additional attraction, especially for larger families. For international visitors, we would have appreciated additional local information to assist with our visit for example the best way to get around, names and contact details of local restaurants, plus close shopping precincts. We googled information, and sometimes local recommendations or advice would have been valuable.

Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Paul who helped me to pick up the grasshopper in my living room at night. Also, I would like to thank Alberto and Daniel for carrying my heavy luggages. A very cosy and convenient place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby as well as M&S Food.

The only thing that can be faulted is the sink in the bathroom. The width is too narrow. Every time when brushing teeth, the mirror cabinet above the sink limit the movement of your head which won't be able to bend down to reach the sink to rinse mouth.

3 bed/3 bath (unit 1E) is a beautiful unit in a ~200 year old building with high ceilings and plenty of room for our party of 7. Apt was clean and kitchen was stocked fairly well. Large kitchen, plenty of hot water, in room safe, elevator, separate washer and dryer that worked, and proximity to a supermarket, a few pubs, and Earls Court subway. Communication went smoothly and was timely. There is someone there 24-hours and they even accepted a delivery for me. Everyone who worked there was friendly.

We checked in late (~21:30) and were not informed of how to turn on the heat, only got two cards to enter our unit (needed to ask for more in the morning), and received little/no explanation on what we can expect during our stay (i.e. we didn't know if we can expect housekeeping...we learned new towels and garbage are addressed daily). The WIFI connection in the far room (largest bedroom in 1E) did not get any connection Main bedroom had two beds pushed together. I wish it had a single, large bed. The app they asked me to download for digital apt and room key access wasn't very helpful. The location seemed to be a minimum of a 20 min tube ride to the more tourist areas we visited. That was a hassle to get on the tube with two young kids

It is in a great location 5 minute walk to the Earls Court tube station thus handy to travel to the many sights and things to do in London. I brought 2 daughters, a son-in-law and 9 grandchildren ages 5 to 15 for 8 days in London. We had two of the three bedroom apartments which suited as very well. Just past the underground station was a small Co-op food store which allowed us to buy supplies to have some meals at the apartment. Service was excellent by the No 1 the Mansions by Mansley staff and I would definitely book here again and recommend it to others.

What was not to like, It suited us perfectly.

We are frequent travelers and will say this was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The condition was excellent. It was extremely clean, and the service was above and beyond. Elena was the most excellent ambassador for Mansley. As Americans, we were not so familiar with how some plugs, switches and equipment worked. Elena was quick to come up to our room to explain things to us. She was most pleasant, efficient and professional, and a true pleasure to deal with.

While we knew our preference would have been for a larger unit, none were available at the time. However, our apartment was amazingly well equipped with a separate kitchen and nice sized bathroom. It would have been nice to have grab bars in the tub/shower area.

Huge apartment. Exceeded our expectations. Location-wise it was perfect, 3 minutes walk to the underground. Cafes/Restaurants/Grocery shops all around the area. We enjoyed our stay.

The lift access was limited to the level below a narrow set of stairs up to room #11. As we had arrived via an international flight, lugging 60kg of luggage up a narrow set of stairs was very disappointing, particularly as there was no forewarning at the time of booking. We ran into other guests in Room 12 & they also were struggling on the stairs with their luggage.

We stayed in studio apartment which is very spacious in London standarts. It was tidy and clean. It is same as seen in pictures. Bed was comfy. Location is superb. Earl's Court underground station is just 2-3 mins walking distance which is in zone 1 and in piccadily line that is one of the most convenient one for tourists. Also, very active yet secure and quiet area where there are many shops nearby. Room had enough kitchenware. Forks, spoons, knives, bowls etc. There was also salt and pepper. Staff was very kind and smiling all the time. Quick and easy check-in and out. They also keep our luggages before check in and after check out.

Kettle and french press was a bit rusty. But we didn't need them much so did not ask for changing. If asked probably they would help to change them. It could be nicer if they check it more regularly. Check-in time is a bit late.
