Hotel Lily

location is more than perfect less than 4 minutes walk to the west Brompton station where district line transfer to all attraction , staff are very helpful , very clean hotel .

needs some renovation specially windows .

I liked the price related to hotel location. Very good location! There are good cafes, restaurants and markets near the hotel. The receiption to check-in and check-out was very easy and friendly . There are train and metro stations (Overground and Underground) very near to the hotel. The room has necessary things to stay, comfortable bed, sheet and pillows, good desk with outlet and tv.

There is no air-conditioned or fan into the room in hot days. The cleaness in general was good but there was some used syringes above the mirror and a little bit black dust in the bathroom.

I was a bit worried about the Hotel lily when I booked it . We were a group of 10 on a little rugby tour. We had so much fun, the staff were friendly and fun . The lifts can't take two fat people. Rooms clean, bathroom an experience not to be missed. Some great pubs only 0.3 miles away Now the most important part, room 326. It has to be a national treasure, unfortunately I missed the opportunity to go in the room but I was told. I can't say anymore. So basically it is a classic rugby touring hotel with some great pubs nearby.

I go to this hotel several times and I usually like it. this time there were small problems that could have been avoided

They started cutting down a tree at 8:30 am right outside my window. I found it disrespectful. Monday they cut iron with a machine at 7:20 am, that day I had a trip and couldn't rest. a lack of respect! noise that could be avoided and made at another time of day

The hotel provides good basic standards and is value for money. I think the reception staff are excellent and helpful. The carpark is not large but the reception staff were kind and found me a place to park.

I think the hotel is good for someone like me who uses it for work. It has all one needs to get a good nights rest for an early working start.

Location great. Car park a big bonus £30 for 48 hours. You get what you pay for, basic, clean room. Lift, kettle to make tea coffee, adequate shower with towels provided.

Hot during my stay so had to sleep with windows open. It seems people like to congragate outside, noisy until about 2. Try and get a back room.

I have stayed several times at this hotel and the reviews do not do it justice. As an economy hotel it is basic but clean and great value for money. Cheapest double bed with bathroom in London. A little worn and things need fixing but clean and comfortable. The car park is a bonus too.

Needs some work to fix various things. It has been a bit neglected for a while.

Close to the center ! Also outside from the hotel was bus to the town and night bus also! Beds are nice and also warm water ! Wifi also nice (i was at 2floor)

I wanted more sockets near the bed or a multisocket at the room ! Also hotel must have a multi socket cable because more people have european socket and charger .

rooms were compact but great, clean and did what it said on the tin. would definitely return the next time we are coming for Newcastle away match as transport links were great. great location for the local pubs too.

only thing was no catering onsite and no where near by open for breakfast
