Central Hoxton Shoreditch

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our trip was three friends on an overnight trip. We stayed in an ample sized family room with a double bed and two singles, all suitable for adults. All beds were spotlessly clean and mine had the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! The room had a TV, sink, fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle and relevent items to allow eating in an easy option. The hotel is next door but one to a Sainsbury's express.

The bathroom was tired, but clean. The shower was good and we always had hot water. There were no suitable underground tube stations nearby. We travelled into Euston Station by train, then onto the hotel by bus, a first for us We then used an Uber to get to our evening event at the Abba Arena. We missed the ease of using the underground.

The room size was very good and big. The seperate room with the sofa is perfect for relaxing before leaving the hotel, AC was working perfectly, very calm nights, proximity to the Overground station of Hoxton, where you can get in no time to the city center. There is a shop for general groceries right next to the hotel entrance, hotel staff was very friendly. Quality/price is amazing. The place is perfect for a 4 days trip like we did. Will definetely book again in the future

The location was very good, close proximity to shops and underground. Very close to the centre of London. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was relatively well insulated and we didn't hear the noise from other hotel guests but we heard the outside noise as the beds were all by the windows

The room got very worm in the night but you couldn't sleep with the ac on as it was blowing straight in your face. The towels were quite literally at the end of their life with some of them having the edge threads coming apart.

Modern and spacious room with air con. There's a little fridge and a kettle. The shower heats up quickly, and a hair dryer is also in the bathroom. I loved the location, very close to Hoxton overground as well as the tube stations old street/liverpool street (15-20 min). Very friendly female receptionist who made sure we felt very welcomed! I would book it again

The Internet didn't connect well. I'm not a fan of carpet, but that is something that is personal preference.

So much to like! Great location for nightlife. Always someone friendly on the front desk. Super clean everywhere - my bathroom, room, corridors, lift, lobby. Great shower pressure and temp. Comfy bed, generous with good pillows and quality bedding - not that synthetic fabric most hotels use! Will definitely stay here again. I asked for a quiet room and they placed me at the back of the hotel with a window facing away from the street.

It's an old building and the floorboards creak when people move about. Not much to be done about that. It seemed like the walls were very thin because I could hear a lot of what was happening in other rooms and at the neighbouring terrace party. Easy fix though - put complimentary ear plugs in the rooms :) Also, my TV didn't work. I came back late each night and didn't feel like having someone in the room to fix it - for that I'd recommend they just check that stuff works after they've cleaned (maybe a cable got knocked out?)

I was in a small room, compact but with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and drawer space for clothes. Very modern bathroom with roomy shower. also there were tea and coffee making facilities. The neighbourhood is busy with lots of restaurants on the street, though with my room being at the back I didn't get disturbed by traffic.

The only negative was that the TV in the room didn't work, it didn't seem to be picking up any signal. On the other hand, the wifi was fine so I could get entertainment on my phone.

Area is safe. The room is very clean. The hotel is clean. Everything is clean!!! Washing machine!!! The receptionists are beautiful. The hotel is located in Hackney East London where the food is cheaper and 10x better than London SoHo/Covent Garden district. I'd suggest after traveling to hang out around the hotel area for dinner.

Summer 2022 rail strikes cause delays and cancellations; you will not be able to connect to the central tourist train lines (Picca, Eliz, Circle) and will likely have to walk which is what we did. The city is compact so it's not a bad 15-20min to the next station and lots of things to see. But definitely, the rail strikes put this hotel in a bad location for 2022.

Comfortable stay, the space was enough for four people and our belongings. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and far from street noise. We used public transportation to move around the city and there were plenty of options (bus lines and overground trains) in close proximity of the hotel. Great value for money.

The equipment was very minimal, considering that the room was thought to host four people: for example, there were only three forks, and only two shower towels provided each day. The towels also looked quite distressed (but clean nevertheless).

The location was so great. we were two blocks from the overground and a change to the underground that takes you right into the city. we bought an Oyster card for areas 1-2 and paid 86lbs for the two of us for the week. the hotel is in a nice block with groceries and cafes everywhere. it’s right next to a Vietnamese restaurant that shows Gordon Ramsey enjoying a meal there. the staff was so kind and helpful. the front desk and the maids. the hotel has an elevator and the rooms are small but clean and well appointed. ours was newly renovated and it had a mini fridge. the bed was good. great stay.

The room was small which I am told is the norm.

Our family stayed for a few days at the hotel, and we enjoyed our stay a lot! The room was very clean, spacious (stayed in a room with 4 beds), and well-equipped. The hotel staff was really nice, and very helpful with us! The location of the hotel is great, it’s in the ‘party’ district but still quite at night.

The internet-frequency range and stability could’ve been better, but it still worked for the most parts!
