Point A London Liverpool Street

Hotel is at great location, 5 minutes away from the underground station. It is also center of the city so you can reach all main attraction pretty fast. It is very modern, staff is really nice. We had a modern breakfast with lot of options. There were many pastries, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, juices, and everything else. For me, two main things for hotel are breakfast and cleanliness. Point A exceeded my expectations in both of them. Room is very clean, towels were regulary changed, and furniture is new.

Room was quite small and there were no windows in the room, but hotel was clear with it. I knew exactly what I was booking. You can choose a room with the window if you want. I need to say that the air ventilation is working really well so room is not damp or anything. It has a lot of fresh air. It was only a problem waking up with no windows beacuse you don't know at first is it noon or midnight.

The location is very good, in the city centre, yet not noisy. From Liverpool Street station, you can get to all the sights within 30 minutes or less with 1 tube journey. There are also a lot of restaurants in the area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Any problems we had were immediately solved. Checking in and out is very easy and quick. You can easily connect your phone to the TV in the room, so you can watch not only the local channels, but whatever you want. The rooms are very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and large, and the bathrooms are of a decent size. You can control the temperature yourself. We were a little worried that our room would not have a window, but the ventilation system is great,so the lack of a window was not a problem at all.

Breakfast at the hotel was the same every day, not much choice. If you stay for 1-2 days it's perfect, but after 4 days we would have liked a bit bigger variety. The room wasn't too big, but it was perfect for relaxing after a full day out.

Clean and comfortable facilities, excellent continental breakfast (but those after a cooked breakfast should seek one elsewhere), and helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast room doubles as a space where guests can work and is well-equipped with sockets for plugs and USB cables. Conveniently situated a short walk from the station.

When in the shower, the shower door has to be pulled inwards by means of a very slippery handle and I actually got stuck in there for a few minutes on my first morning, so I'd recommend solo guests avoid closing the shower door completely. The work space was great when it wasn't being used by hotel management for meetings. Some of the management could do with finding their indoor voices and, in particular, should take care not to discuss HR matters and sensitive details of staff members' family backgrounds within earshot of the guests. It's not fair on the staff concerned, however admirably they might have overcome a tough start in life.

The location and price was perfect for us. We didn't want to spend too much money but we needed somewhere close to the rail and tube stations and lovely areas to eat and walk. Next year we will be be our 3rd time using this hotel.

Because our room had no windows, there was no air circulating. This means a simple shower with no air-con can set off the fire alarm. There was no information telling us this. When the fire alarm did go off, we had to report it to staff upstairs which was annoying as there was a queue. Another point was that there is no real information on how to work the aircon.

The venue was clean and tidy as the room. The WiFi was good and the outside garden was lovely. We've been given fresh towels everyday even if we did not request it. I like the breakfast as it was all in portion to avoid waste. The position was a few minutes walk from Spitafields Market and just half an hour from Monument. I am not sure about the closest underground as I did not need it.

There are just two things that I did not like very much: - the room was very small and there was no boiler so it was a bit annoying (my bad though, it did say in the description that there wasn't any but I missed it); - the savoury breakfast was almost inexistent. The only choices were rolls, eggs, some cheese sticks and a savoury pastry. No toast at all.

we booked a room without window as we knew we wont spend much time inside, at first we were a bit worried about it but the room turned out amazing and had a fast working ac that cooled down the whole room within minutes. the room overall was very cozy, clean and had everything we needed. bonus points go for normal AND usb charging holes (we forgot our adapters at home) and very comfortable bed. breakfasts were excellent, many foods to choose from variating from different kinds of pastry to yogurts and fruits, trails were always full even if we came last minute.

Perfectly pleasant for a 1 night stay in central London. Definitely better value than most places. I enjoyed the different light settings in the room, and the quirky airplane style hangers and fold away shelves etc - very quirky. Bathroom was good. While we didn't use it, the downstairs area looked very nice and modern, looked like a good breakfast.

It was a bit rough around the edges, the door to our bedroom had clearly been kicked in or something, there was a random block of wood raw unpainted wood with the handle on. Room was a little tight but as it was for only one night it did the job, if you had suitcases I think you'd struggle. Little bit dirty in areas, we found a nail clipping.

That there was no kettle in the room.

Quiet hotel, works well for a short business trip if you're just coming to rest overnight. Bed was soft and comfy for a small lady. Clean all over although beddings were a bit yellowish and had little holes. Breakfast was fine too, no hot food but a bit of the variety in terms of pastry, porridge and muesli. Fruits, yogurts, eggs and hot drinks were also served.

Staff members at the reception felt a bit ignorant as I had to wait quite a while to be noticed before offered help to check in. I didn't manage to get help during the check out but figured out that there was a box to leave a key, it would be useful to have that information better displayed or explained by the member of staff during the check in. Also, it would've been great to have a kettle and a selection of tea/coffee in the room.

I recently completed my 4th stay in 3 weeks in this hotel, which should give you an indicator of my general feelings about it! I have another stay coming up this week, as the location and value make it ideal for a no-frills space to crash, either for work purposes or for leisure. The compact design is very clever and the beds are comfortable.

This was eventually resolved, however something I raised a couple of times over a couple of separate stays was that one of the fruit juices at breakfast had literally fermented and was fizzing, so was undrinkable. In itself this isn't a disaster, but what I did find alarming was that it stayed that way for almost a full week. This makes me worry about what quality checks are in place for the food in general. In terms of the rooms, it's worth bearing in mind that the walls are very thin - I could hear the alarm clock of the person across the corridor from me, and have little doubt they could also hear mine. Thankfully everyone was very considerate, so there wasn't any major noise disruption during the night.
