The whole room including bathroom was spotless. The beds were out of this world for comfort, especially after a long day, they were amazing. Wifi signal was quick. My favourite part of my stay was when I told the member of staff I wouldn’t make it for breakfast because I was leaving before 7am, she offered a small goodie bag with pastries, fruit and some orange juice. This was left just outside of my room both mornings so I didn’t go hungry. I thought this was a really nice and classy touch. I would 100% recommend The Nags Head and I could not fault my stay one bit.

My only struggle was parking however I know this cannot be helped as the pub is (rightly so) very busy on a Friday and Saturday night.

Breakfast was perfect, fresh coffee, orange juice, quality bacon, sausages etc. Always left feeling full. On arrival I was made to feel welcome, within hours I’m sitting with staff and locals and talking as if we’ve been long time friends. Always had evening meals here and always exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything Kate, Tony, Michelle and Becky - a genuine person with a heart of gold. Too many ‘locals’ to say individual names but I thank you all for your hospitality.

Having stayed in a few guest houses, pubs and hotels, in my opinion this is as good as it gets.

I arrived late and was met with a warm welcome and was looked after, despite the pub being closed. This was so lovely after a hard days/nights work. The room was contemporary, comfortable & clean. Fabulous shower and a tall fan (it was a very hot night). The brekkie was spot on. Real sausages & bacon and perfect poached eggs. Field mushrooms and grilled tomatoes. Lovely pub and super friendly staff. Will deffo be back. Thank you 😊

Absolutely nothing!

Perfect location when attending a family gathering. Staff were lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Not that it mattered but, due to being quiet, the pub closed early. I was not made aware of this and only found out when I called during the evening to ask when the latest check in time was. Therefore, I panicked and had to quickly dash to the pub to collect my keys for the room. When there, I soon realised that there was indeed a contact number for late arrivals, yet was not informed of this either. It did not, however, impact my stay - which was great (I just know for future reference).

Breakfast very good. Location fine if travelling around Norfolk. Easy to get to. Sunday roast very nice and good value for money. Nice size room with good shower.

Parking can be a problem. Not many spaces in rear car park when busy. Large car park in village square. Personally l would like to use rear car parking if staying. There was a lot of light at night. This was due to a door to l believe a wash room being left wide open.

I was looking for accommodation a couple of days ahead of a weekend at Snetterton. As luck would have it, The Nag's Head had a cancellation and I booked the last room at the property. I was delighted at the warm welcome, the very comfortable room and the excellent full English breakfast (cooked to order) served the following morning. I look forward to returning if the opportunity arises.

Nothing at all. The property was perfect for my needs.

A good village location with some parking to the rear and more, public parking directly opposite. The staff are warm and welcoming and the pub seems popular with good local beers and a menu with plenty of choice and daily specials. Breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are a little noisy and the stairs could be tricky for less able guests. No food served Sunday evening.

It was clean , staff friendly and very helpful , food was good and breakfast tasty and always served hot , pretty pub gardens with a separate area for the smokers, we couldn’t hear any noise from the bar downstairs at all which is unusual for pubs. Car park wasn’t massive but there is a square opposite where you can park and it was safe The rooms were hot ( weather was very warm) but they provided fans in the rooms to help with that

I think there should be a bin in the room as the one in the bathroom was tiny. We were let down at the weekend as the young lady didn’t do our room ie no clean cups, bathroom bin not emptied . I hated the spiral staircase ( I know they can’t change it but had I known about it I would have booked elsewhere) Breakfast choice was cooked only no cereals or fruit and yoghurts which we’ve found is an option where ever else we have stayed .

All staff were very welcoming. The evening meals were amazing to the point that i could not manage all of the breakfasts but that's a great problem to have. The location was perfect for what i needed and only a short drive to my destination.

Parking was limited in the the car park but there was a car park in the public square across the road so not a major issue.
