10 minutes drive from Chatham docks, close to local supermarket, you can order food to the hotel and they have fridge and microwave. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best

It was clear both rooms have been maintained to a very high standard. The bathroom had high quality aqua panels, so more hygienic that grout and tiles. We booked two rooms at short notice after a different hotel let us down The friendly staff arranged for us to be accommodated on the same floor, which enabled 3 generations to socialise between the two rooms with ease. Both rooms had plenty of plug and USB sockets to keep all the electronic devices charged. Although we drove by car, the hotel is ideally situated close to the train station.making it an ideal choice for those travelling by public transport.

Nothing bad to say. We will be happy to stay here again!

My favourite hotel in this area / town. Location is good as it is right opposite a main Train Station. Hotel staff are always very warm and welcoming. Staff are around until late hours, but contactable on an emergency phone number, in out of hours if needed. Hotel is very nice, modern and up to date. Always have a good night stay, beds are very comfortable and always clean.

Hotel is very modern and clean. However, a few small touch up's would be good. Small black marks on walls and skirting boards but isn't a big issue or affects the stay, would just make the appearance look better.

I love this hotel. I have stayed many times at this hotel and it is a personal favourite of mine. The hotel itself doesn't actually offer breakfast I don't think but this isn't really a big deal. They do offer a lounge and dining room. The staff are always really polite and very welcoming on arrival which is very nice. The Customer service is brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble to ask for.

Nothing to criticise about this hotel. This is my favourite every time and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The location was close to the town centre, also close to public transport (buses, train station etc). And I must add that the staff member at the reception desk is very welcoming.

The housekeeper could of knocked on the door before entering my room. Not entirely his fault, he must of though the room was empty and thought he'd tidy the room while I was out. When he entered the room, he saw me sitting on the bed and he apologies so it wasn't a big deal.

Fairly newly refurbished. Our room (No7) was spacious and fairly cool (it was hot outside) with a fan provided. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. There is also an iron and ironing board in the room. Please note. There is no breakfast in the hotel. But there is a cafe 400yds down the road. Parking is on a public car park 50yds away. The cost is £5.10 for 24 hours. Strood train station is 100yds away.

Location is superb and was good value for money. Got the desired room too.

The wifi connection didn't turn out well and their was issue with the TV connection too, I couldn't access the TV for almost a whole day.

Quiet location, clean, all the amenities needed including bottled water in the room. Lovely shower, the bed was super comfy and I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you

The parking is near the hotel not attached to the hotel and is pay and display, this should be reflected on booking.com. It’s classed as Rochester but actually a 15 minute walk and over the bridge from the high street but the hotel is right opposite Strood station. Thank goodness for bottled water as I couldn’t fill up the huge kettle in the bathroom sink. if you’re feeling a little chilly the economy 7 heater in the room takes a while to heat up but is effective.

The location, very clean and had free wifi , ironing facilities , tea making facilities and a hairdryer all in the room

Train station nearby , so could hear the trains quite early in the morning

No frills place to stay. We used it for a stopover on our way home. Comfortable beds (triple family room) and good shower.
