Best Western Manor Hotel

Loved the staff they made both me and my wife feel welcomed and answered all question we had, the room was clean and tidy and well made up, the size of the room was just right for the 2 of us and it had everything that you may of left at home like iron for example thumbs up here

The Wi-Fi was very hit or miss, if I was there for business trip I won’t of been able to get any work done on my laptop, the price of the breakfast was alittle steep as we only wanted a cooked breakfast, maybe give different prices like a full continental breakfast 1 price and just a cooked breakfast another price

The team were astonshingly good, what a brilliant welcome, the way in which they made us all feel at home was brilliant. The lady on receprion deserves a medal, so warm and friendly, I actually booked this last minute so didnt know what to expect. I have stayed in Purfleet to 3 days a week for 12 months and am annoyed that I didnt find this hotel sooner. The cleanliness and as important the teams friendliness are a credit to the company. An excellent breakfast was a real bonus.

the breakfast was not good (hot meals were too oily, continental didn’t have much choice - no cheese or ham, sweet options were enough though ), for the same price we could easily eat better anywhere else. however it’s still good that there is this option

The breakfast was really good, I have coeliacs so have to be careful when ordering food, this was not a problem as they had gluten free options. I have mobility issues and we had an access room with a raised toilet seat which made thing a lot easier for me

The mattress was not very good, but discussed with reception who said it was a relatively new mattress so would get it checked and replaced

It was in the right place for Brands Hatch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean

Fan in bathroom very noisy, headboard needs securing to wall as it banged when you turned over in the night.mattress too soft but clean.

The staff at reception made us completely welcome from the moment we walked in the door, the shower pressure was fantastic best I've had in a hotel. The security for the car park was also a added welcome.

Nothing that I could find fault with would definitely recommend and stay again

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble we needed a shower upon arrival but the water was tepid, I spoke with the receptionist who checked the boilers that had gone out, they were immediately restarted and within the hour we had very hot showers. They put themselves out also in regard to providing breakfasts, which were excellent.

I think the shower which was corrected immediately on notification.

Clean and staff very friendly. Comfortable bed.

Access to rooms could be better no lift but this did not affect our enjoyment. It was very warm when we stayed air conditioning would have improved the room temperature.

24 hour opening as we turned up very late at night. Plenty of parking and very good service.

The place looks dated, tired and felt like my nan decorated it in 1975. It's basic but clean enough and if you need a bed and dont mind the rest it's fine but I wouldnt rush back.

The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was amazing.

There’s not much to do there but it’s an excellent hotel to use for a stopover or if you’re visiting the docklands.
