My wife and I drove 5 hours from south Wales!! We had a fantastic welcome from the two young men on the desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Huge bedroom and very big en suite bathroom. Plenty of spare towels, etc. Massive fruit basket in the morning in your room with plenty of brioche, pain au chocolate etc.. for a self-service hotel, this would take some beating!!!! 5☆ from me, and I've worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years

The beds were comfortable. On my second stay I was given a quieter room with a fridge!

The traffic outside is terrible and it is very difficult to pull out onto the road! Also, the traffic noise was disturbing. The steps are quite steep, and it is difficult to drag your baggage upstairs. Cleanliness is not great - I moved one of the beds and underneath was dust, a tissue and an old shopping docket. Also, there was a guest who kept singing loudly which was very disturbing. Continental breakfast was promised as inclusive, but I never saw any!

I liked everything! Bed, room... Everything was ok. The staff very nice, good atmosphere.

Not too much place on parking..

Cheap, clean, comfy bed and we had a big shower, manager was helpful and polite, my mother stayed next door and slept souldly and liked her room. 12 minute walk Into Rochester high street. Would stay there again

Couple of pillows were hard and lumpy, could of done with more cartons of milk and sugar or more variety ie... Hot cholate or water. My sisters room was lovely to, but very hot room with sun on the windows, maybe a fan in the summer months would help.

great and honest staff. The facilities seem very nice and a very welcoming breakfast area. The hotel locks at night,which is good for the extra safety of the guests. Would recommend staying here but a little tight in parking space, so maybe double-check in advance with the hotel.

maybe a key box at reception for check-outs. especially if they take place late at night. AC units would be a great touch but not always a dealbreaker depending on the time of the year.

The property was in a good location, the bathroom was spotless and staff were accommodating.

It was quite noisy at night and the parking was a bit problematic. Needed reminding to change the towels.

Room was clean and good size. Location was nearby our event so that's good. I suggest you put a bathroom mat otherwise the floow always gets wet.

It's hard to get staff attention. There's always nobody in the reception. We check out just left the key as nobody was there. They should state Parking is available on a first come first served basis as it's not always guaranteed. Breakfast is very limited and poor option. Kettle needs to remove limescale. So dirty. No hair dryer. This is for room only kind of hotel. Bring your own toiletries. No communal living space. There's a huge table right infront of reception for dining.

Very clean and tidy / nothing to complain about at all. With more guests staying the parking would probably be a problem in this location. Did not affect me as I arrived early and left the car there until next morning!

I could not understand why there was a radiator on in the hallway with a window wide open next to it! Seems an awful waste of money. Did not affect me, but just so wasteful of money and energy.

Very reasonable price. Pleasant accommodation with contemporary decor. Room had everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay - comfortable bed, en-suite shower room, tea/coffee making facilities. Quiet location I had a good nights sleep.

Limited parking was full when I arrived but I found free street parking two minutes walk away. Room was very warm, but a fan was provided.

Small hotel, only 5 parking spaces. Very surprised, our room was very big , clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom very modern, lots of space, could easily fit 3 people in the shower.

Had to walk to the local cafe as no breakfast is supplied, but only 6 minutes walk to Ramos cafe , opened at 7.30 on a Sunday. Great food.
