Easy parking with allocated parking spot on the driveway for your room. There was a great welcome pack in the room regarding places to visit/eat and taxi numbers for exploring. There was also a walking map provided to explore the local area. Great breakfast menu to choose what you would like for breakfast each morning - nice to have a variety and to have something different each day! Breakfasts were great!! Lovely bathroom with a nice bath tub and a nice large shower cubicle with rainfall shower head. The room also had kettle and plenty of tea, coffee and milk facilities for making as many hot beverages as you like. There was also a good sized mini fridge to even put in 2 full sized bottles of wine! The hosts, Jo, Colin and Ralphy the cockerpoo were really nice and very approachable.

The bed was a little too soft, so your body created a dip.

Lovely room with nice country views. Liked the table and chairs in the window - unusual to have somewhere to sit comfortably at a table. Nice big bathroom. great breakfasts, especially the veggie omelette.

Nothing significant. Aware that we could hear everything in the next guest room and that they could hear us just as much, though this is inevitable in a private house and our neighbours were very quiet. We would have preferred to stay in the large studio at the rear if it had been available.

Beautyfull house and room, wonderfull decoration, very clean, wonderfull hostess and host (helped us with adjusted breakfast (food intolerances) and with our car break down during a public holiday), lovely garden view, parking space for our rental car on the premiss, close to a local pub and supermarket and bus stop. Wonderfull place to stay over for one or 2 nights on (y)our way e.g. to the beach in the south. Our best bed and breakfast in the UK so far.

A very warm engaging welcome by the hosts, shown to my beautifully presented room with fantastic inroom facilities. I especially liked the full length side opening window to open and lean out of in the mornings. Breakfast was brilliant and bespoke both mornings. i travelled for work and was extremely comfortable, ample parking. would highly recommend.

Only criticism - the wifi was a little intermittent but this may be due to location.

A short stay but the room was lovely, clean very comfortable with excellent facilities and a very good en-suite bathroom. The bonus was having a fridge in our room and also use of our own private patio. Breakfast was very good and a lovely selection to choose from. The host Jo was very welcoming and if in the area we would definitely stay again.

Amazing hosts - made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Extremely helpful and always checking in case we needed anything - better than a 4* hotel. The facilities are fantastic - nothing to fault at all. Our room had plenty of space to move around in and even had a mini fridge / bottled water provided. Tea/coffee etc too. The house was beautifully decorated and our bathroom looked as if it had just been refurbished. Breakfast (order the evening before) - great selection and always well presented and extremely tasty. Each room had a dedicated parking space on the huge driveway and a private patio area with seating - very pleasant. and relaxing. We really couldn't fault anything - would definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends. Perfect location too - easy to get to some stunning beaches and super walks. Thank you, Jo.

The house is beautiful and really well looked after. Its clean and tidy and the hosts are lovely. You have a spacious dedicated parking space which is a great bonus. There is a good choice of breakfast, and it was absolutely amazing! We are so glad we chose little orchard house, and would happily stay again.

Everything!!! from the first moment Jo welcomed us with a big smile and we felt immediately at home! from breakfast to the cleanliness of the room and Ralphie - the little rascal- that brightened our day we have no words to thank Jo for how she went above and beyond to make our stay lovely! We will definitely go back as soon as we have another change to be in these parts.

We could not fault our stay at the Little Orchard House B&B. The hosts were very welcoming, and our room was extremely comfortable. The extras in the room, such as fresh milk and orange juice, were an unexpected surprise. There was a very good selection of breakfast options, with the hot items freshly cooked to perfection.

Breakfast was delicious. Jo & Colin were really friendly as was Ralph. We were there during Storm Eunice and had a power cut for over 10 hours. Jo did everything she could to make sure we were ok and kept warm.

The only thing we can think of is that we would have liked a selection of herbal / fruit teas rather than just black tea.
