very welcoming and accommodating hoteliers. Hotel is always keep in the best condition possible with plenty of parking. Unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy the beer garden due to the winter weather and diet.

don't think there is anything I can write hear. Yes there are niggles the only one i can think of noisy shower valve but I feel I am being picky by mentioning it as having traveled and stayed in many hotels around the area this is the only one I kept returning too.

We only stayed one night but the Lodge was excellent. Onsite free parking. Lovely garden with outside tables. Immaculately clean, TV, comfy bed and tea/coffee in our room.. There was a nice breakfast choice/selection on offer. The Husband and wife that owned Cumbrian Lodge were extremely warm and welcoming, and treated us as though we were part of the family! We'd definitely return there, and would recommend this Lodge to anyone visiting the Lake District.

Everything was really nice...there's nothing we didn't like!

I like the cozy room, the quiet and quick links to attractions areas, excellent breakfast, and comfortable beds. The room has plenty of storage and is well equipped with toiletries, towels, hangers, tea facilities. I absolutely loved the owners! Very friendly and caring people, they have been a great help with direction for visiting places.

Unfortunately, during our stay it has rained most of the time. Nothing to do with the property though

Location was superb, very close to shops, pharmacy and the beach. The car park had plenty room, gardens were beautiful The hosts were friendly and treated everyone with equal respect, couldn't fault the hosts at all, lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble and all you had to do was ask if you need anything extra. There was plenty of complementary tea/coffee and plenty of milk sachets too! with bottles of water. This hotel also has a bar for guests The breakfast was superb! Everywhere was lovely and clean and there was plenty of information leaflets

Too improve I would suggest a mirror in the bedroom for makeup/hair

Lovely generous breakfast, really friendly owners and close to the beach. There was a co-op 5 minutes down the road and Paul gave us alot of recommendations for the area on arrival. The room had everything we needed for the weekend, was comfortable, even had Netflix, quiet location, close to Wasdale. I left my Swimsuit and Paul very kindly posted it to me. I would definitely recommend Cumbrian Lodge and will be back.

Angela was very nice and helpful, and gave us some very good recommendations for nice places and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - full English breakfast and other kinds. The location is very good - easy to get by car to the Lake District and to the coast.

The room was quite small, and the bed was very small for two people. I would also recommend adding a full-length mirror.

Location fantastic, staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was great and this hotel had probably the best kitted out tea and coffee facilities I’ve ever experienced - think I counted 6 - 8 coffee sachets and milk

Nightly things, bed was a bit too firm for me personally and tiny area missed whilst cleaning under desk, not a huge deal at all though. Bathroom slightly outdated but completely functional

We both loved everything about our stay. The communication prior to our arrival was great. The staff on site were very accommodating. Due to traffic we sadly missed the opportunity of an evening meal at the hotel. The owners left us out plates, glasses and cutlery for us to enjoy our take away in our room. We did not ask for this, it was a lovely kind offer, which we were very grateful for. The room was a great size. Parking was perfect. WOW, where do I start with the breakfast, it was great. The right size to fill us up for the busy day ahead. Thank you for a lovely stay! Definitely recommend!

fantastic hosts even drove us to gosforth when we couldn’t get a taxi and offered to pick us up later! clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed with good quality linen. breakfast was plentiful well cooked with excellent quality ingredients. bar was good

seascale itself is quite run down with little facilities but this gem of a hotel more than makes up for it and the outside area on a good day would make you stay there

The location was spot on...so many attractions close by. Paul and Angela made us feel very welcome and went out with their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Paul cooked whatever you fancied for your supper,fresh ingredients. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spotless and a very generous size.
