The location is set in the rural outskirts of town, where you are surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. The welcome is warm and easy, Jane and Trevor are highly attentive and intuitive, we were put at ease from our first greeting and enjoyed the most sumptuous cake and refreshments upon arrival, in the cosey snug. The property is straight out of country house and homes, exceptionally well decorated. We enjoyed the best night's sleep in the most comfortable bed, the bed and linen of the highest quality! Oh, and don't get me started on the breakfast... needless to say, we will be visiting again, and again, and again!

There was nothing short of perfection!

Our stay at Pelham Grove was just lovely. Jane greeted us in the late afternoon with the offer of delicious tea and choice of cake. Both she and Trevor were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Great location for Shrewsbury and the surrounding area. In truth, just a lovely b & b. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

The room was a bit on the warm side but then, unless you have ai conditioning, you are going to get this on a summer night. There was a fan in the room which was great.

What a fabulous BnB! Everything is just wonderful. Fabulous hosts, wonderful room and bathroom (we even had an ante room with a comfy chair and magazines), excellent breakfast, and superb gardens. Being lovely and warm we ate our dinner in the gardens in the evening and the hosts very kindly offered jugs of water, crockery and cutlery. They truly went above and beyond. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The sign outside is tiny! Watch carefully for it!

The breakfast served by Jane with some assistance by Trevor was absolutely splendid and could not be faulted. REALLY tasty bacon and sausage especially. This is a small, exquisite family run bed and breakfast which is possibly the best, if not one of the best we have ever stayed in. Although it is set back from a main road it is very quiet and homely

The only thing it annoyed me was the awful Sky Glass reception in the bedroom. Shame on you Sky. This was largely rectified by us watching the TV in the cosy snug that has a roaring log fire in winter months. I must add that this slight inconvenience was no fault of the marvellous hosts. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will be back.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and provided everying needed for a comfortable stay, with some extras like chocolates and wine, and Sky Movies in the room. It was a very quiet and comfortable stay and we were the only guests. (I think there may be only one double room.) The breakfast is exceptional and you won't need lunch that day. The wi-fi was good. It is well placed for Shrewsbury and close to visitor attractions in the area such as Ironbridge and Attingham House. A comfortable and welcome place for couples to stay. We enjoyed our visit.

The turn into the property on a busy road is easy to miss, and a better sign would help.

Just about everything! Beautiful house, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely garden and the weather allowed us to sit outside several times during our stay. The hosts were wonderful - friendly, helpful and really went out of their way to make our stay special, including providing gluten free options for my partner who is coeliac. Jane even made some gluten free cakes for us!

We stayed over for a single night. Received a warm welcome from hosts Jane and Trevor who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Jane recommended and made a reservation for us at a lovely restaurant for the evening which was conveniently located just down the road. Could not fault the room at all as everything we needed was at hand and the entire house itself was spotless. The bed was very comfy and the evening was pleasantly quiet. In the morning we were spoilt with a selection of a fresh continental breakfast accompanied with a cooked meal to order. The stay was not expensive at all for what you are getting. Absolutely loved it and it was a pleasure meeting both Jane and Trevor. Look forward to visiting again if we're in the area.

Nothing not to like!

Trevor & Jane are super , genuine friendly hosts ;where nothing is too much trouble for them. Communication is excellent right from the start of booking. Pelham Grove is set back just off of the road, in a quiet ideal location for onward sight seeing and visits into Shrewsbury. Greeted with huge smiles & assisted with our luggage we were shown our room. Minutes later home baked flapjacks along with tea and coffee were served in the beautiful garden. Lovely surprise and very much welcomed and appreciated after our long journey. Rooms are good size, beautifully scented, clean and comfortable. Netflix and Wi fi along with complimentary dressing gown & slippers & hairdryer are also provided. Free toiletries also along with reading books, tourist pamphlets, magazines. Yet more little appreciated touches of complimentary bottles of wine,chocolate & biscuits along with an assortment of teas, coffee & hot chocolate. Fantastic breakfast awaits. From yogurts, fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, toast, jams, marmalade, numerous cups of tea, coffee,even fresh flowers on the table and light, relaxing music in the background! Cooked breakfast in addition means you will never go hungry here!

Absolutely nothing to dislike or complain or find fault with.

The house was absolutely stunning. so picturesque, spotlessly clean. it was perfect. We stayed overnight as part of our honeymoon in the UK. The welcome that we received was amazing. A glass of prosseco from Jane, then a homemade scone with jam and cream, which was so yummy!! We had a great sleep in the beautiful room, despite the intense heat. The facilities were first class. In the morning, we had the most delicious breakfast, which included fresh fruit, pastries, tea, coffee and a full English breakfast, that was amazing. I would highly recommend for anybody looking for somewhere special to stay. Thank you Jane and Trevor 😊

Breakfast was exceptional- freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. We were made to feel very welcome and Jane and Trevor could not have done more for us. Lovely, kindhearted and down-to-earth people. Our stay at Pelham Grove was very enjoyable and relaxing. Pelham Grove is a beautiful property and is spotlessly clean - attention to detail being of the utmost importance. The garden is a glorious hidden gem - and needs to be seen to be believed!
