Stay at No. 20

Lovely house in convenient location. the bedroom was very nicely furnished and decorated, bathroom well appointed with quality fittings. Could only get the overhead part of the shower to work for some reason. Very nice breakfast box provided.

Only comments would be that Bath sheets would be nice - towels were a bit small. Also, waterproof mattress cover difficult to sleep on - slid around so sheet came off and made me very hot.

Stay at No 2 is beautiful and finished to a high standard. Sharon is a lovely, warm host and was there for any questions. The beds are extremely comfy and the separate bedroom in the family room for our kids was the ideal layout for us! Also enjoyed the fresh milk and tea selection.

The room was lovely though we had been under the impression we had booked and paid for suite to include additional single bed but this was not the case it was just the King room.

I was disappointed to discover the breakfast was ' a breakfast to go' of fruit and pastries in the room.... none of which I like... when booking it lists cereals and I had expected to go down to breakfast and at least get cereals and toast. This should be made clear when booking as with restrictions now lifted this was not what I had expected if this is norm for property it should make this clear.

Wonderful hosts with lots of good tips and information :), lovely decorated and nice sized rooms, clean, comfortable! Plenty of coffee, tea and cookies! Parking was no problem, even with a big van! Definitely would come again and recommend the place!

Breakfast was packed which is totally understandable in this situation with the Corona numbers that high, but it was mentioned that this would be a permanent solution. I honestly would prefer to go back to a nice breakfast with the possibility of nicely sitting down and enjoying breakfast when possible again. Breakfast in the room is just not the same. But again, totally understandable at these difficult times and no complaint at all. Just a note from our side!

After traveling for over 24 hours, the welcome we got was amazing. Such lovely people and a lovely home, we had our own space but felt like we were being welcomed it a family home. Location was great for us, we were visiting family in Taunton and could walk off the main road from No.2 to their place.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, made you feel at home. Also very informative about the area. The house was spotlessly clean and facilities were excellent

The house is situated by a busy main road, as it was warm we had window open and the constant noise of traffic was awful, had a little trouble sleeping, although the 2nd night was a lot better. Breakfast was ok, laid out nicely in room, but I was expecting a dining room to have a cooked breakfast if wanted

The room was big, light and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The second bedroom in the suite was perfect for my teenage daughters to share with the added bonus of a second TV. Even my husband commented on how nice everything was! Great breakfast bags we loved looking in them the night before to see what goodies we had. Plenty of food in them to keep us going through the day. Sharon was a lovely host and made us feel most welcome.

Breakfast was prepared and already in the room plenty to choose from. Would have been a perfect location for the reason we originally booked but plans changed, would definitely book again next year to take part in a local event.

A little too far from a really good pub, there is a pub locally within walking distance but would have preferred to of had more choice but that’s just down to the location.

Best stay ever the hosts fantastic and nothing too much trouble to cater for there guests even carried our luggage to room due to my disability we were treated like family

Really lovely property with beautifully decorated rooms and a stunning luxury bathroom. Ideal placement for Taunton town centre and for the hospital (staying for work). Paul and Sharon were wonderful hosts and so so accommodating, showing true care looking after me between gruelling night shifts. Thank you so much both, see you again soon.
