Location and price was excellent, we stayed a night after the business meeting. Breakfast wasn't included in the price, but there wasn't a problem to order and pay in the following morning. Tasty dinner as well! Our room was on the top floor, but enough spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. There wasn't hair dryer, but I'm sure, if we asked, they provide as with one. Large shower head, all kinds of washing gels, towels, tea making facilities, teas, coffees, biscuits. Comfy bed, big wardrobe, dressing table, chests of drawers, small TV. The view from the window to the pedestrian street, so we didn't get much of traffic sounds if at all. Quaet, pleasant stay, definitely come back. Staff was busy but very welcoming and friendly.

Let us check in early and showed us how to get in after the pub was closed as we were at the festival, helpful guy .

We were going to have breakfast, but unfortunately the gas was off, there was someone fixing it but they were not sure how long it would take so we didn't wait, but i understand that was beyond thier control, but it was dissappointing

We booked the quadruple room and a double room for our family of 5 and we’re very pleased.

Only downside would be the bathroom in our quadruple room. Every time we flushed, used the bath or sink, there is a loud noise that comes from the toilet. Even if we weren’t using it, it would make the sound and was very loud. The beds were also a bit too soft for my liking but good enough for 2 nights sleep.

Room was bright and so clean we had a fan, extra in wardrobe, good shower. Tea coffee and biscuits. 4 of us in the room , but not squashed . Food in evening was excellent it was busy due to royal Cornwall show being on . Will be back .

We stopped here on our journey from Bude to Newquay & so glad we did ! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff & the manager. Our rooms 5&6 were good & nicely decorated, nice touch to have shampoo, conditioner & body wash available . We are there in the evening & the food was lovely ! It was very popular & filled up quickly , a big thank you to amber, bonnie , Sandra & Amy . The breakfast was very good in the morning . We would recommend staying here as the staff are friendly & the food is really good

The distance from the car park makes it difficult but the pub give you the parking money off your breakfast which is such a nice touch

I didn't have breakfast. The hotel is excellently located in the heart of the town centre.

Booking.com said that parking was available but nobody from the hotel explained beforehand that the facilities are in the car park of the local Co-op supermarket. Therefore I had to park in a tight side street and walk into the hotel to ask where I coud officially park. This could have been avoided with some helpful information upon making my reservation.

The location is perfect. Wadebridge is a lovely little town with many little shops, bars eateries etc without being loud and noisy. The Swan has great character and charm. The breakfast was wonderful too with a great selection. We have eaten here many times when visiting our daughter who lives nearby and cannot fault the variety and quality. We intend on staying a few more times in the upcoming year

Bit pricey at £50pppn without breakfast Some Food options in evening ran out early Window in room was locked open plus very difficult to open room door with key it was very sticky and required a lot of manipulation and pushing and shoving!!

The decor was lovely and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location was good with shops and restaurants near by.

The toilet system is noisy and the noise from the kitchen doesn't go off until after 9.30pm resulting in the room vibrating. Unfortunately there isn't any parking attached to the property so it's a bit of a walk to a paid car park.

Great location in Wadebridge. The room itself had lovely decor, a comfy bed and was spotlessly clean.

No parking. When I called the Swan Hotel to query this they informed me to park in the long stay car park and I would be reimbursed the parking fee. On arrival it transpired the parking fee is only reimbursed if you purchase an evening meal there, which we already had alternative evening plans. The parking was £8. The hotel room doors slam shut, which can be a nuisance.
