The room was comfortable, the maid service great. I was glad to have stayed on the 2nd floor as the elevators were a bit slow for the amount of guests so we took the stairs a lot. The location was perfect for the agenda I had planned, and the lobby staff was great. The surrounding area had many options for dinner. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the price was too high for the quality of food.

We found a water bug one evening in the bathroom. It was a bit noisy from the street. Sound proof windows would have been great.

Clean, 2 tv’s one of which in the bathroom, well located, kitchenette, affordable price, good deal for parking

The concierge that was there during the main daytime shift on Jan 1-2 2023 that was keen to speak fluent in Spanish to some guests, and who was slightly more inviting to guests that checked their bags, was not so keen to answer simple questions on amenities and directions for us. He seemed bothered and even answered with sarcasm and disregard on two occasions as though those types of questions were beneath him. it’s a difficult thing because I wish to give the experience a 5 star as everything else was superb. But when an interaction occurs when you’re expecting to feel welcomed in the lobby but instead you’re left feeling unwelcome it weighs on the experience.

Reception kindly moved us to a refurbished room with fantastic views of the fireworks. Really close to Times Square and Central Park. Staff were really helpful and we all slept well. You can hear the traffic but we expected that. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the room, looking down on the city. Access to the lounge on arrival / leaving was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

I don’t think you can make a decent cup of tea via the coffee machine. Access to a kettle was the only thing we missed, and the fridge, microwave, coffee machine and customer service made up for it

Our family of 3 traveled to NYC to see our kid perform at Carnegie Hall. First, this hotel is diagonally across from CH making it very convenient for us to go to the concert in a timely manner. It is also centrally located, within an easy walking distance or subway ride away from all the attractions in Manhattan. This is also the only hotel we could find that gave us both a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. This suite gave us the space to meet up with friends and family before/after the concert. The breakfast wasn’t phenomenal but it was decent with fresh bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs every morning. We were also in NYC for the international cuisine so we wanted to keep it light in the morning. Next time we fly out to NYC, we will be staying here again. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great location.

The hotel rooms are a little dated and it’s very dark in the rooms. I wish there were lights in the closets to make it easier to see our clothes. Also, no USB ports so be sure to bring a wall outlet for your devices.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Its right next to a Subway station and comfortably close to all attractions within Midtown Manhattan.

Staff is rude (the old lady who works there in the morning shift). All others are very courteous and professional

We stayed in a one-bedroom, two-bathroom suite which was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay, including kitchen facilities. All the staff - housekeeping, front desk and on the door - were super-helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi was fine and the location is fantastic, close to subway stations and within easy walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Times Square and much more.

Not really a negative, more of a tip: beat the elevator queues - especially at busy times - by using the alternative elevators, located through the sliding doors by the check-in desk. Mainly used by staff, they're available for guest use too and saved us a wait on several occasions.

Great hotel, nice located close to Central Park. Rooms very clean, polite and helpful staff.

Rooms and bathrooms are outdated, Breakfast - its tragedy, located in lounge which is not dimensioned and not suitable for, really crowded at the morning - every morning we had to go back to room and wait between 15-45 min to get place. Food- you wouldn't be hungry, but the choice is as minimalistic as possible, mostly sweet stuff - croissants and sweet pancakes, bagels - but nothing to make sandwich of, no any vegetables. Basically nothing to eat for kids, except if they start day with chocolate and sweets.

Travelled for 5 nights 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 12) in the One Bedroom Suite. If you have ever been to Manhattan you are probably used to small rooms at a cost - not here!!! Our suite had a large comfortable king size bed, a separate room with a decent sofa bed and paid extra for a rollaway bed for our youngest. There were two separate (full) bathrooms, great when travelling with an almost teenage girl. 2 TVs, dining area, fridge and microwave. Joel and John on the front door were amazing helps and really knowledgeable regards the location - which in itself is excellent! What people seem not to like (according to reviews) but didn't bother us... our view was a brick wall (we weren't in the room to look out of the window), 2 lifts that serve entire complex (whilst a pain when you have been waiting and lift is full, however there are also 2 service lifts so utilising both helps.) Property is tired? (maybe a little but nothing major), and the breakfast is "grab and go" (this is a bit rough when kids are having pancakes and/or toasted bagel and cold by the time you get to the room, however it does kind of work - TBH though Id save the money next time - there are more than enough coffee houses/breakfast joints/whole foods etc close by to serve all needs) All in all the greatest review is whether or not someone would stay here again - If travelling with whole family then ABSOLUTELY... If just myself and my wife then maybe - why? No need for a room that size for just the two of us - for the whole family it made for an amazing trip

Bar on 26th floor really need lessons in how to make an Old Fashioned but that's about it!!!

The room features were excellent for our family of four. We were very comfortable and pleased with the amenities. The location of this hotel was superb, near wonderful eateries, walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even helped source us a private car to transit back to the airport. Excellent service all around.

Small maintenance repairs are needed. For example, we noticed the towel rack on the bathroom wall outside of the shower was unable to hold a towel as the bar fell off. The door handle on the refrigerator was broken and the bedroom door didn't close shut. Very small issues I'm sure they will update in time.

Overall this hotel was a great choice for a family with teenagers. The extra bathroom and the proximity to Central Park, Times Square and the subway were great and likely to bring me back to The Manhattan Club. The grab and go breakfast choices satisfied all of the members of my family and the gents working it were delightful. In fact, all the staff we encountered did a great job. I recommended this hotel to a friend who stayed and agreed it is a great option for a NYC stay.

The only hindrances we experienced were the pace of the elevators - I opted for stairs several times - and the painting being done in the halls of our floor. The latter wasn’t intrusive, just not expected.
