Courtyard by Marriott New York Manhattan/Central Park

Great location, near Times Square and Central Park. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a laundry room with machines that are easy to use and good price.

The only thing I don't like at the hotel is they offered a free ride to pick up us at the airport when I booked the room for 6 nights. I also send the message to them to confirm when booking the room for 6 nights. And they responded that they were able to give us a free ride to the train station instead of the airport. But when we've arrived at the hotel, 1 staff said he never heard about that. And then, the other day, another staff said they stopped doing this service during the pandemic. I'm very disappointed with that. If they stop providing this free service, they shouldn't offer that when booking.

Very good localisation, room was very quiet and AC was very good. The view was also top notch

It was very hot outside and a 0.5l water bottle was 3.5$ in the lobby. Comeon, you can do better. Thats just scalping people, you expect me to go find a market at night after 20 hour flight? Water should be free at this price.

Great hot breakfast in the hotel for convenience. Excellent location for north Manhattan, close to all the great foods in Hell's Kitchen, but only 10 min walk to Time Square. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Door is thin so can hear noise in hallway and neighbour's door slamming loudly but otherwise respectful guests. We noticed a number of flight attendants and pilots during our stay

The 2 beds were very close to wall/windows so it's hard to get into and out of bed if you're sharing the bed. However, expected small room for NYC and not a big concern for us.

The location is just awesome - Broadway, Times Square, Central Park, and much more are just a couple of minutes away. The room is spacious and comfortable. TV allows streaming Netflix and such, with your own account. Self service laundry is available for a low price.

Some nitpicks: No bright light, only night lights. Housekeeping is sometimes a bit annoying (they are mandated to clean up daily, so sometimes they are really pushy).

Location is 10/10. The room was clean, a little small but OK. The breakfast was fantastic, it has everything you want and more, highly recommendable. They offer boxes and cup covers in case you want to save something for a bit later or have it to-go. The staff is great and helpful as well.

WiFi cannot hold a video call. That is, unless you pay the extra for a faster connection. After the 2nd package that you get, they charge you an extra $10 per package. While the practice seems fair to me, I find the amount excessive. The washing machines did not work, we were told to go to a laundry, at our expense.

The hotel is located in a sensational spot in New York! It is within walking distance of Broadway, Central Park and other key locations such as the Rockefeller Centre. I cannot stress enough how good this location is! It also has ready access to the Met Underground train system. The rooms are air-conditioned with comfy beds well appointed bathroom and fridge. Im my opinion it represents outstanding value for money. There area also many restaurants close by!

We could not really fault it! We did not opt for the breakfast which h is combined with Starbucks, but in observing the brreakfast I am not sure I would recommend it. You are provided with platic plates to eat your breakfast so we opted to either eat out or use Starbucks.

The location was perfect. Concierge & reception staff were very helpful . Rooms were spacious enough for 2. Starbucks and happy hour were also a great addition .

The cleaning staff! everyday there was something missed. we had to ask for coffee pods , shampoo etc. The soap dish was not cleaned in the 9 days we stayed. I didn’t like the way they did accounts. We were charged different amounts , randomly, resulting in extra bank fees . The cost of the hotel remained the same - but random amounts at random times was crazy ?

Location and excellent room

At times, there were few staff around. The 4th floor Starbucks was often unattended and this was disappointing as it meant we often had to leave the hotel for coffee.

Other than the breakfast being limited with options, I’d say it was very good. Times Square was a comfortable 5-10 minute walk and we rarely had to drive to get anywhere. Staff was very nice and welcoming, not just the receptionist but also whoever you met, whether it was the cleaners or the ones checking you during breakfast. I would definitely recommend getting the corner room when staying here because the view was to die for. Exactly what I’d expect with “city view”.

Our room was supposed to be soundproof but we could hear whenever someone was walking in the hallway outside our door, which probably meant they would’ve been able to hear us if we talked loudly 😅.
