Hilton Club New York

Excellent location, very friendly staff, great amenities with bars and other things that make life easier for the tourist. Room was great too, great size, with a nice table for meals, bathroom was nice, great water pressure, nice toiletries. I thought it was a great price for the time of the year! I'd definitely stay there again, no doubts!

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have a nightstand on my side of the bed, only my husband had it. Also, there wasn't an outlet on my side of the bed, meaning I couldn't charge my phone while sleeping, I had to put it somewhere else and get out of the bed to turn off my alarm. Nothing that would make me not stay there again, but I do see this is a flaw.

Every time I have traveled to New York, for work or pleasure, it has exceeded my hopes for a wonderful experience. I have to stress that it is the people that create that atmosphere. From our concierges, to housekeeping and everyone in every department, the staff is kind, friendly, and professional. Bravo from this theater teacher from Boston. I am giving you a standing ovation.

My room was lovely and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked that I could open the windows in my room, as not a lot of hotels have opening windows anymore. Fitness centre was very well equipped.

It wasn't obvious from my Booking.com confirmation that the Hilton Club was within the Hilton Midtown, and I should head to the 37th floor to book in. I waited in a long check-in line at the main desk, only to be told that they couldn't check me in.

Great location, good size room and very comfortable. The bathroom had a wonderful shower with great water pressure and a built in bench, which was so helpful- much better than the typical tub/shower combo at most Hiltons. loved being on an upper floor with separate check-in.

The elevator. It was incredibly slow and often skipped our floor. We once waited so long for it that we were late for a show, which was very frustrating and disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The location is excellent and the accommodations are crisp and modern.

The room was super hot. The temperature control didn't work. I as told to just turn off the unit. It helped, but it was still hot.

Spacious room for NY, good location

Overcharged $100 and sent an empty invoice. I had to go back 2 hours after checking out to floor 37 to ask how much I was charged. Also, separate reception area for Hilton Club not clearly specified and receptionists kept is for 3 minutes telling us we overpaid (which ended up being true for different reasons) and that we should join the club.

Perfect location. Minutes away from central park, the subway and a number of attractions and theater district

slow wifi and one of the lift was not repaired for 4 days in a row creating 10 -15 minutes wait at rush hour

Location, great corner room nice and quite on floor 46. room number 4046 nice view of Radio City walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. cash machine at the hotel.

Shop for breakfast was expensive

It was super quiet which is very rare for the midtown location near time square. I was able to rest very well. The room is spacious too.

we were not allowed to get additional bed for my daughter so she ended up sleeping on the floor
