The receptionist was friendly upon arrival and was helpful , I have a daughter with special needs and once they saw that they offered a room downstairs which made me feel like they cared , I declined as she was able to walk up and down the stairs , the room was clean and spacious same with the bathroom and mini kitchen area I had all the basic things one would need when staying , the pool was perfect depth ( I’m not a swimmer) but I was able to jump in and keep cool same with my daughter , defiantly making this hotel a must every time I travel through

Having bathroom that is accessible for those who can’t climb into a bath tub so they can shower

Comfortable room for a weekend away, very clean, everything in perfect working order. Loved the rain shower and heated blanket. Room recently renovated so was comfortable and refreshed for a motel. The location was also great amongst the best foodie area in town and only 10-15min walk on the same road to reach shops. Staff friendly easy check in and out.

Pillows were not comfy if your like me and used to memory foam. They were a feather type consistency and just lacked support. One pillow made it too low and two pillows made it too high. Bring your own pillow if you can (I always do everywhere I go but this time I forgot!)

The motel's location is excellent, very close to eateries and other attractions, and also to Wagga's beautiful riverside walk. The welcome was friendly and efficient. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. The wifi worked perfectly. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Only a couple of very minor issues: a tap that was noisy when we used it, and a light over the mirror that wasn't working.

comfortable bed, great heating/cooling, has basic facilities such as microwave, kettle, lots of tea & coffee, iron and iron board, good block out drapes and blinds, spacious bathroom and shower, excellent water pressure and superb hot water in the shower, cozy.

nothing really - if I had to be picky the bathroom was a bit dated but is is perfectly functional. the exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t work that great so the mirror gets fogged up very quickly. the rooms are a bit dark with no central lighting source, just lights over the bed and tv area

Comfortable room, helpful host, parking was easy, really nice warm shower in large bathroom. Easy walk to shops and gallery.

Previous reviews of this property noted the noise from the pub next door - there wasn't any noise during our stay. We stayed weeknights so maybe the noise is a Friday or Saturday night thing

Excellent customer service, staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to provide extra swimming towels when they saw us by the pool and delivered a range of herbal tea for me when they had overheard I forgot to pack mine. Kids loved the pool area and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area while watching the kids play. Rooms were clean, quite and comfortable.

Loved how spacious it was. It fit me and my 5 girls perfectly. It was super clean, the spa was a huge hit with the kids. So relaxing if I say so myself. Leanne at the reception was very helpful and lovely.

No issues, but maybe a suggestion. Extra blankets maybe. We found one in the little cupboard. But couldnt a second. They may came in handy. But overall we loved everything and will be back again in the near future.

Close to the venue we were attending. Also a nice view of the rising river from the window. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We were disappointed that we couldn't get breakfast on site. We would have liked to have breakfast with friends who were also staying a couple of rooms down.

clean and well maintained good location, lots of places to eat nearby loved that you are given fresh milk on check in

my only negative was the rather full on receptionist who shouldn’t be jumping on her soap box - you just never know the views of who your attending.

Have stayed here a number of times as a Plan B. Living in Junee 40km away, this is a reasonably priced option when attending functions in Wagga. More than adequate facilities. They accommodated our late request for ground floor due to wife injuring her foot. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Close to a number of restaurants and eateries. Close enough to the main street, but far enough away from entertainment venues not to be impacted by the noise. On the edge of the river and walking track. Off street parking.

Microwave in the bathroom was a little odd.
