Our trip was delayed due to Flight problems, a quick call to Lana and problem resolved. 2.30 AM check-in no problems. Our room was lovely, refurbished, and immaculately clean. Lana even organised breakfast the next morning at short notice. The indoor heated pool and spa were much appreciated, and worked a treat for a pair of jet lagged customers. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Colonial Motor Inn.

A perfect stay.

Location was great, easy to get to. quiet and clean room, When talking to the owner she was very accommodating limited mobility was able to move me to a room to accommodate the limited mobility,

Person that was in training, had no idea of the lay out of the rooms - could not give direction nor explain where my room was. Did not provide the wifi password had to chase it the next morning,

For a family room the room size was spacious so there was plenty of room for multiple people. Great wifi and good location. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Heater/aircon in room.

Having some plates and knives would have been great as there was a toaster and fridge in the room but nothing to prepare it with. Only one basin for hand washing cleaning teeth etc and rinsing off coffee mugs.

Very comfortable, clean and well-maintained room. The staff are very friendly and check in and check out was easy. The air conditioning was great. Definitely my choice of hotel when visiting Bendigo.

Some cutlery would be great. The room had a kettle and microwave and I had some noodles but no cutlery to eat with except the teaspoons for the coffee.

Location & Wifi was great

There was no breakfast or Restaurant available for us at our stay, Sauna, Spa & pool toilet were out of order on our stay Perhaps emergency flood/ relief workers should have been separated away from holiday/ tourists rooms, vehicles leaving, beeping/ reversing/loud voices/ car doors slamming at late hours, not very peaceful for the last leg of our 14 day road trip avoiding floods to get home.

The room was spacious, very clean, and beds comfortable. Although slightly outdated it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The indoor pool and spa were great. The location was great, with easy access to shops, places to eat and only minutes from the main tourist attractions.

The heater in the room was very noisy, making clicking noises all night. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and it was hard to adjust the temperature, it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. The bathroom could use a lock on the door. Being on a main road there was a bit of traffic noise at night, and you could hear the trains on the near by train line.

The owners were extremely helpful with suggestions of places to eat in the near vicinity, as well as providing free vouchers. We asked to use the spa, which was pre-heated for us and it was lovely and clean, as were all of the facilities ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and I had a very enjoyable stay - thank you Sue Miles

There was no hairdryer in the room (or I couldn’t find one) But I’m sure this minor issue would have been rectified had I asked the staff to provide one for me

I liked it all. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The facilities are impeccable and the people are very friendly. I would go back to that place because it is very good value for money.

There is nothing that I didn’t like because everything was incredible but perhaps as a suggestion it would be ideal if they reopened the restaurant because we would have liked to have dinner there.

Nice large clean room, lovely shower and hot water. Tv with Netflix, Stan, Disney etc available to log into. Nice comfortable beds each. Couldn’t here any outside noises.

Could have had some plates and cutlery in cupboard with kettle and toaster. Or I missed then in there. Had to press the air con remote very firmly for it to work.

Lots of space - separate lounge and bedroom, handy kitchen, big bathroom. Perfectly clean and well maintained, nice bed linen, big fluffy towels. And you can park right outside your room. Didn’t have time to try the pool, but they also have a sauna.

Nothing to not like.
