High level of service. We were there over Xmas. 2 bed unit was perfect. Full kitchen. Pool was great and used daily. Right on Bunker Bay. Long walks every day. Close to many great places to eat out. Breakfast good. Construction and lay out fantastic.

Glitch on check in - sent message saying we had 3 bed and how would we like the beds. We thought we may have been given bigger room. On arrival this was found to be an error. Was told someone would attend to split king that day for adult boys. This did not happen and cleaner next day was not aware of request. She did it for us immediately. Key not programmed correctly on arrival so needed to return to reception in a swarm of flies. Thank goodness that was a bad fly day - most days OK. Resort did supply head nets.

This was our third trip to Bunker Bay so we are familiar with the beautiful beaches in close proximity to the property. The apartments were spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast facilities were excellent although we were only told on our last morning that sparkling wine, omelettes or other specific requirements were available on request.

We had dinner on our first night and it was very disappointing. Venison was tough, fish was chewy and had no flavour. As we were staying three nights we decided to eat elsewhere for the remaining two nights. On previous visits we had eaten in the restaurant every night.

we had a amazing room that over looked the lake, and just a short walk to the beach. we weren't however expecting it to be so far from our car, the resort did provide a golf cart that assisted with getting your luggage to your room and giving you a lift there also, also very surprised to arrive back to the room and find that it had been serviced, I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that offered daily room servicing

would have been nice to be able to book a table for breakfast, the resort was very busy the weekend we stayed, and the temps in the high 30's, we had to settle for a outdoor table, and would have much preferred to be able to reserve a indoor one

The 2 bedroom apartment along with the resort facilities were top notch. The breakfast buffet offering was very extensive and, as our stay was out of school holiday period, not too crowded. The staff also deserve a special mention - every encounter we had was super friendly and professional.

There was nothing I didn't like, but it may have been nice to have something to lounge on when seated outside the apartment. There was an outdoor setting but nothing on which to lounge on while reading a book. Having said that, I could have read a book by the beautiful infinity pool!

Beautiful views (who doesn't want to see whales while eating breakfast), lovely staff, resort made it feel like we were on a tropical beach holiday, great for families or just a couple wanting to relax and get away. The villa has a laundry which was very useful. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had. We were surrounded by beautiful nature which is not something that you get to do in the city.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable for me as I like a soft pillow, the option of a feather pillow would be good. There was cobwebs in the lamp shades, the daily room freshen up could have included cleaning the bathroom floors.

The breakfast was very nice and the accomodation was lovely. Designed for guests privacy and even had a visit from a bandicoot in our garden. The location is superb.

We were travelling with a person who is visually impaired and has mobility issues. So it was very disappointing to find the hotel pool is not accessible which is extraordinary for such a beautiful resort. The only access in or out of the pool is via a ladder and this meant that if you are elderly, disabled or have problems with shoulders or knees you would not be able to use it. Such a shame. Also the restaurant was on split levels and staff did not seem to comprehend that we needed a table in the accessible part, even when we explained why, they were still pretty clueless. Need more training to consider the needs of people with disability.

Location- beautiful beach nearby. Breakfast selection and food in the restaurant. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Friendly staff.

Cleaning schedule - We didn't get our room cleaned as the cleaners were coming 5 pm onwards when we were back in the room after a whole day out. It is strange that tidying up is not arranged in the mornings/noon like in any other hotel. We asked for late check out (1 additional hour) and it was declined. The place seems to be understaffed. Sometimes there is a line for breakfast (we had to wait 30 min once).

An amazing location with very clean and comfortable well sized rooms. A luxurious stay. Loved the daily buffet breakfast- excellent quality and great views from our dining experience. A short walk down to a gorgeous beach added something extra to our stay. Friendly staff made us feel welcome and looked after- so many great people working here! Excellent privacy in our villa with the way the spaces are designed and fenced, fabulous bath tubs and an inviting delicious welcome platter with a bottle of wine. Loved wandering down the rabbit warren of red paths and nature to get to our villa. A great sized pool and stunning views while being not too far from a small town (approx 13min drive) and within driving distance of all Margaret River has to offer- which is alot! Definitely need a car to make the most of the area. A perfect getaway- highly recommend.

Having to leave 😆 Beds were a tad firm but would still come back!

The location and surrounds were amazing. We had a two bedroom villa which was very clean and beautiful, surrounded by trees. The pool was heated and was lovely for a morning swim without the crowds. It was always clean. The staff were very friendly and lots of international staff. That added to the charm of the place too. We could have been in Fiji! We had dinner at the restaurant one night. The food was very good. I’m glad we went as was deterred initially by some of the negative reviews.

The breakfast buffet was ok but was the same everyday. It would be nice if there was a bit of variety and maybe a bit more international too. We stayed 4 nights and so it got a bit boring.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and the 2 bedroom villa was perfect for our families needs.

I felt the servicing of the room let the place down as we seemed to have been forgotten on the 1 day and when the villa was cleaned the cleaners lack attention to detail. The floors were not vaccumed, there was no towel left for our 5 year old and the bottle of water for the nesspresso machine was not replaced the one day so we could not use it. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable and hard.
