This hotel was perfect in every respect. The location in the Waterfront Precinct was very convenient, especially with a free shuttle stop right outside the door. Staff were incredibly helpful, calling cabs, weighing luggage, and printing park passes for us. An excellent breakfast was included in the attached restaurant and offered a wide range of choices. Vouchers given to us to defray dinner costs were appreciated and made our stay here very economical. If we ever return to Darwin, we definitely will stay here!

Absolutely loved our stay here, with two young kids. The waterfront location is everything. We loved having buffet breakfast on the waterfront each morning. The staff are lovely. The deluxe two bedroom apartment was great, very spacious with a tv in each room and the beds were so comfy to sleep in. Darwin accommodation is ridiculously expensive for what you get- which is often not much… but you will not regret staying here!

We didn’t use the pool because it was cool but also didn’t need to because the wave pool and lagoon were literally right there.

Fantastic location! Large room. Quiet - even though right next to a hotel bar/restaurant. Great air con. Comfy bed. Laundry in apartment. Handy to everything. Breakfast was fabulous! Curve cafe/bar was terrific. Good coffee. Great hot fresh food.

Could do with a freshen up. Coat of paint. More information about where to go upon arrival would have been great. Didn't realise there was a lift at the end of the building to take you up and across the road to the main part of town.

Lovely apartment with well equipped kitchen. Lots of space. Small balcony. Very comfortable. Hotel was in easy walking distance of the small shopping area in the main part of town. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep.

The sea view was disappointing. The hotel overlooks a water area with a sound and light show plus a large concrete area which I suspect is a swimming pool at certain times of the year. The sea was beyond the pier so no decent sea views.

Very good location at Darwin Waterfront with a range of other places to eat and drink, still reasonably close to the city. Easy access to parking. Room (self contained apartment) was good - washing machine appreciated after over a week travelling! The hotel restaurant, Curve was quite good and well located next to the park.

Very slow room service - even after I called and they said it was on the way they took another 40 minutes - about 1-1/2 hours after order. They waived the bill which was a plus. The food when it arrived was actually very good for room service. A bit stretched by post-covid workforce issues but might have been better to warn us at the start of potential delays A false fire alarm at 5:30 in the morning was unfortunate but what was worse was to start the evacuation announcement then stop it without making any further announcement for some time afterwards - left people wondering if we should be evacuating, standing by or not worrying. They need to work on that better.

Great location near the waterfront giving you plenty of choices on where to eat.

Rooms were old and tired. Carpet was torn in places especially the corridors. Musty smell in the room when you entered. Staff were not very friendly. Only basic information at check in. Did not even tell us that we could book food to our room next door. Even when you walked past counter in the morning they tended to look away instead of smiling and saying hello. They made you feel like they didn't want to serve you.

This is our second stay and we can’t wait to be back again! :) Both times we have stayed, the service has been absolutely amazing, all staff are extremely friendly, the rooms are really clean and comfortable, the food and coffee in the restaurant is fantastic. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay and we can’t wait to be back again. :)

All the staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and professional. Location was awesome as restaurants, cafes and a few shops right outside and town is in walking distance.

Pool location. Small and on walkway with a see through screen. . There were issues with the booking and room, even having booked a twin bed room and getting confirmation by email and on the phone the room was one bed but this was sorted very quickly with courtesy and followed up with an apology. . Hotel itself is looking a little tired but considering covid, understandable.

Great location close to public pool and heaps of restaurants, pub etc. And easy access to town over a sky bridge. I would stay here again. Easy parking and reasonably priced at $15 a day.. having your own laundry was great

Hotels own pool was very limited but still OK. The place is expensive but that's Darwin..

All staff we interacted with were helpful & friendly. It was a very busy time with conference delegates booking out the property but the staff were accommodating of our needs at all times. Room service was particularly excellent - prompt delivery and very good quality meals. Great water pressure in shower and the washer&dryer was super useful. We didn't need the kitchenette but a nice addition for those wanting this option. Good iron & ironing board. Air conditioning worked very well and got a real workout with the heat & humidity during our stay. We did not dine in the restaurant although same restaurant provided room service which was really yummy. Location to wave pool & dining options is superb and access to the city is really easy if you're wanting to venture into town for nightlife. The lounge areas in the air conditioned foyer were a great place to meet up with friends in comfort and cool.... we used these a lot. We will book again on our next Darwin visit👍🏻

IIt's a small thing but maybe some austar/Netflix channels available would be nice.....no Biggie though. Beds were very firm but not too uncomfortable. Could just use a pillow top for additional comfort.
