Literally everything about this hotel was exceptional. We got the 2 queen bed suite. It was very large for the price. With 2 kids, that was a huge plus. We weren't on top of each other. The bed was amazingly comfortable. So much, that I over slept and got back home late 🙃

The pool was a tad cold....

Location, cleanliness, woman working the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful

TOTALLY NOT THE FAULT OF THE FACILITY OR EMPLOYEES, but the drag racing going on outside the facility from 10:30pm until almost 1:00am was extremely loud and annoying. Also could hear A LOT of traffic noise from the nearby highway. Maybe updated windows with improved insulation to block out exterior sounds would have helped.

Breakfast was great. Ran out of biscuits before I got there which was a little disappointing. The person doing it was very nice and helpful. Cooked more eggs when needed etc. Also, the desk staff were always very helpful. Overall, I was very pleased. Just a few things to make it better. I will put them below.

(1) Disappointed to see the American Flag looking SO BAD, old and weathered as well as hanging down on the pole with the rope not tied tight. Looked very sloppy. * The desk person did take a photo and sent it to someone which I thought was very good since I let her know my feelings on it. (2) The deadbolt in our room 204 would not lock. That was a little unnerving to know that. (3) The fitness room had no air coming in so it was hot while I was working out.

Comfort and convenience of location

The room could've been a little cleaner. Chair arm was about to come off. Fridge froze our drinks after first day, even after turning it down. Smelled like Marijuana the entire stay in the hallway.

it was clean, and plenty parking

the smoking just outside of the building by other guest. The trash bin was left open. employee sitting outside in front of the building on break, when asked a question by guest looked annoyed. instead of realizing we have no Ideal it your break time.

The property was very clean and the young lady at the customer service desk was very polite. It was very relaxing and I got a good nights rest before getting back on the road the next day.

The pool was closed.

I really like the front desk attendant name DJ he was very courteous and he even went out his way to check on me later that day with that alone I will come back he’s a very professional man that loves his job thanks!!!

Breakfast

Breakfast was really good, location was perfect, price was good for the room we stayed in. Comfy area. Gentlemen at front desk was nice and friendly at checkout.

Lady at front office for check-in was slightly rude but after the check-in was completed she was friendly. Overall I understand working alone in a hotel with phones ringing can get a little frustrating.

Staff was cordial, friendly and helpful. Facility and rooms were very clean. Good parking area, breakfast was great.

There are no restaurants or other shopping close to the hotel. No microwave in the room.

wonderful comfy bed. the shuttle driver was amazing, he arrived early as I had to leave for the airport at 5:30 am

The receptionist (Kendi) was a little rude I asked her why guests had to wear a mask but she wasn’t wearing one. she said their was no extra ones. so I said where’s your own,” she said “ if I had one I would be wearing it”! bad example
