The hotel is located in the heart of everything. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. The workout area was clean and happy hour is nice. There is valet service. The valet workers are fast and courteous. Check in and check out were fast! There are Corner stores in walking distance.

The hotel doesn't offer many amenities. Breakfast is not free and actually rather pricey. My room was not cleaned even after I asked for my trash to be pulled and new towels. The towels were brought but nothing else. There is no vending machines but customers can purchase items down stairs in the lobby. Refrigerator didn't keep items as cold as I thought it should. My bed was comfy but the base didn't feel sturdy.

We had a lovely little room on the 7th ( top) floor. It had one wall of glass to look out on the city. We added a day to our stay and used the very convenient washer and dryer on our floor. The people who worked at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the housekeepers and car valets.

Cambria is a Choice Hotel. We assumed the breakfast would be complimentary. It wasn’t. Nor was there even free coffee, other than the few packets of make yourself in the room. That was even more odd. The rug in our room shed tiny clumps of black lint that stuck to everything.

The location is wonderful and meets my needs. The beds are clean, quiet overall, and unique design. Love the makeup wipes because I always need them but overall this is thoughtful.

The towels are kind of rough. The shower curtain and shower design allow water to get everywhere. Expired food was on the shelf in the mini-mart store.

Location was great, niche decor, comfortable beds. Staff was accommodating, bar staff could use more trainers on hospitality. But and overall good experience.

The bathroom floor had to be cleaned when we arrived. I spilled something within 2 hours of being in the room. Tried to clean it up with a towel and the towel was dirty. If the floor was clean why would the towel be so dirty?!

The Valet! I parked my Jeep on the first night of my stay and left it with Valet as it was easier to walk than to drive everywhere. When I picked up my car at checkout, my brand new Apple Charging cord had been replaced by a chewed up one that didn’t work. I had to ride all the way back home without being able to charge my device. Stop stealing out of people’s car. This really ruined a great experience.

Great location close to everything just a short 10-20 minute walk to all the action.Yet away far enough from Canal & Boubourn St..The bonus is all parades come right thru so same action as Bourbon & Canal St.The front desk the Mayor is nick name knows all the great spots & hookups as well as Sharon.The only negative which not staff fault is bed and pillows not comfortable yet staff will give you extras needed to help plus who comes here to truly sleep comfortably like many places now the platform style beds are in and given location & price its a tradeoff well worth.Also hotel is decorated beautiful & modern yet with class and history.No need for microwave in room they have a clean common one downstairs in lobby for everyone to use and quick entertainment as well as food and drinks at bar.Its in a very safe location don't listen to anyone say its not its right along with the big hotel chains and only way in hotel is with room key card and can't use elevators as well unless you stay here with a key card.All in all enjoy and let loose and have NOLA food drinks and fun !!

Beds and pillows but oh well didn't come to sleep

The most comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom mirror was like a makeup mirror lighting... loved it!!

A small bottle of wine like not even a liter was $27 come on. I feel the bar should be open before 4pm that's ridiculous then they price gouge you on wine.

Everything was Amazing about The Cambria itself! Room was very nice, clean and huge! Will definitely stay there again! Ian and Sharon at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient!

We used to live and work in this neighborhood. My wife and I cooked at Emerils and Briquette, and I also worked at Meril. It was one of the safe havens in Nola. There was a shooting right by the hotel an hour after we got in. Walked outside Sunday morning to see a car get towed that had been sprayed with bullets. A reminder of why we moved away....

Everything about the hotel itself from check in to check out was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and kind. Valet parking was easier than ever. We get very safe thanks to numerous features the hotel has to keep its guests feeling secure. It was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable to stay on all around. Will absolutely come back!

Breakfast. It was just ok. And very expensive for the food being just ok.

Location is ideal for us. Rooms and hallways have a musty smell. Also could use better and updated lighting throughout the building. Staff is wonderful.
