The location of the hotel offered easy access to any amount of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. The railway station was only 2 mins away which was handy. All the city site were within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptional and more than helpful. Can i just mention Cheara, who was in reception each day we were there. Always welcomed us with a smile and a hug on departing. would 100% reccomend this hotel.

When we arrived the exterior of the hotel looks grubby and covered in graffitti, but dont let that put you off. As soon as you step in through the doors the hotel is clean modern and beautiful.

Although I didn't get the breakfast, my friend did and she loved the quality of the food and the options. The location is perfectly close to the train station, centrale mercado and the Duomo/shopping areas. I felt safe at the location and was happy to spend the 2nd leg of my trip at Mercure.

The TV has a Casting function but you have to be on a specific Wifi Network to use it. The Wifi network for my room was not available, so I just watched TV on my tablet. Not a big deal at all, but it was a little disappointing. Oh and the AC doesn't get turned on until June, so if it's hot, it's just hot.

This hotel is located very close to the train station. It was easy to drop our bags and start our day as soon as we arrived. Everything is walkable using this hotel as a starting point. It was close to all of the "attractions" with many restaurant choices right around the area. The staff was kind and helpful. They recommended some wonderful restaurants and activities. On our last day we were able to leave our bags at the front and use the day for seeing the sights.

We had a minor issue with the shower drainage but the staff was responsive and was able to fix everything quickly.

The property was fantastic. Would stay here again. Great room, comfy bed and pull out sofa. Room cleaned every single day. Bathroom facilities were good as well. There was balcony terrace for sitting outside in the evenings, staff were very approachable and nice. Great location, 10 minutes walk to most things, 20 minutes walk at most to the other side of the Arno.

The outside entrance of the hotel needs MAJOR REFURBISHMENT, it looks like something from a 1970’s horror movie. This almost stopped me from booking the hotel. If you do the same as me and look at the hotel on Google maps, see past the terrible façade at the front.

My family was not welcomed for breakfast. It was accommodated for a couple of days. Because of this they didn’t feel welcome and asked another hotel for breakfast. They we’re staying in an apartment and the thought was that we would be able to have breakfast together since we each paid for breakfast.

Location is perfect, close to the train station and walking distance to city center and supermarket and restaurants all around! the room size is really good and its very quiet and silence at all. Staffs are helpful

the pillow of the bed are really a nightmare, is not the best possible should rethink or give customers new option. Also we had a day that we did not have the breakfast because the hotel wasnt able to do the service, we were refudend by accor credit and thats it

Good location. Rooms are spacious . Staff at reception very friendly.

You have to ask at reception for more towels. Not enough in the room. Housekeeping very loud outside the rooms in the morning. Housekeeping ladies not helpful . Carpets are stained in the room. Amenities very basic . Shower floors stained .

The property is in good location, close to train station. My shower wasn’t working on first day and they promptly organized a different room. I was imoressed with the service, the hotel staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, could have had more fruit.

Great staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very bountiful, fresh and well presented. The breakfast staff were very responsive and make sure that breakfast was enjoyable.
