Very comfortable and in a great location. We went with our adult children so the room configuartion was great. I made a mistake with the booking but the hotel sorted that out, which was great as we did not have to switch rooms. Near public transport. What a find the Lost and found cafe!! Definitely recommend that.

Parking - the process was hard. We almost missed the entrance on Ward Street. Not too many spaces but the worst was the SMS when we went in and out to reset the system, which in the end did not work. Also the keys did not work on return from the concert, we had to call for help.

Apartment was extremely well appointed. Use of space was amazing with all mod cons including dishwasher! Apartment was clean and serviced daily. High end hair and body lotion plus comfortable mattress and bedding. Laundry in lower level was outstanding. 4 brand new washers and dryers that were readily accessible at all hours. Honey and Daniel on reception were so helpful and kind, always ready to assist. High praise to all hardworking staff behind the scenes. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

The staff were friendly. The room is big enough, although I didn't particularly love the layout as it feels like a long wagon. It is clean. The location is okish. You have a bus station in front, but the trains are further away (700-800m). When you leave it is fine (downhill), coming back a little harder.

The position of the TV isn't the greatest. It is somewhat too far and even when you tilt it is not at the best angle (if you watch it from the bed). Watching it from those sofas (which are too hard) is not exactly ideal. The shower only has a rainhead. I don't like having only this option. I posted a picture with the view from the room (not quite what I expected in comparison with the pictures from Booking).

The beds were comfortable and the cooking appliances worked well. Close to a small IGA next door and a decent sized Woolies a block away. Several cafes/pubs within a couple of blocks. Multiple parking options nearby.

A pair of tongs would have been useful for cooking. There were no dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The air con felt like it wasn’t working properly and we couldn’t adjust the temperature lower than 20degs to get the apartment cool. Kept waking up hot during the night. If we were staying a second night we would have called reception. The bathroom was small but comfortable. An extra towel hook in the bathroom would have been useful.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The reception area is very welcoming, reception staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We had a one bedroom apartment which has a washing machine, kitchen and living area which was a great amount of space for the two of us. We received a welcome pack which gives all the information about the area and transport if you are wanting to make your way into Sydney, we had just come from Sydney so was spending some time away from the city centre and visited the Taronga Zoo which was only a 10-15 min drive. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The gym equipment could have been better, no free weights or gym mats to be able to do a full workout. Massive area but only has machines. Our oven didn’t work and as helpful as the reception staff were with this, it still wasn’t sorted. Luckily we hadn’t purchased anything that depended on the oven before realising this.

Location not the best for getting into Sydney city, alot of Uber transportation costs

The reception team were incredibly lovely and offered us a late checkout! The hotel itself was very clean in all common areas and beautifully decorated. Bed was large and comfy! Having a cafe down stairs was a great bonus. Perfect location for us before the Sydney Marathon. Would definitely stay again !

The bathroom was a weird design in that it was so small and cramped. The shower leaked water all over the floor, you couldn’t put the mat down as the shower door would push it away so that was a bit of a flaw. Maybe a small niche point but I feel as though a hotel of this high standard should be offering something better than cheap brand instant coffee sachets..

Location convenient to a meeting I had in North Sydney and being a close enough walk to North Sydney Station. Good value for the price. Cafe in building didn't open in time in the morning to try it out but cafe next door was fine and other restaurants and a pub close by.

No significant issues. Window was screened off from the building next door a few metres away so you/they weren't looking in each other's windows. Shower leaked so bathmat was sodden before exiting shower but maybe I hadn't closed it sufficiently precisely.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. All basic cooking equipment is provided. Very modern and comfortable. Gym, sauna and complimentary use of washer/dryers were great perks!

The room wasn’t spotless - hair and stains on the towels and stained chairs. The gym could also have more equipment e.g. free weights. Not much to do in the immediate area so feels far from sights, depending on what you want to get out of Sydney.

Great location, nice big room, good kitchenette area, excellent bathroom, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Good value for money. Supermarkets close by, IGA (with good takeaway meals) almost next door, restaurants in the area.

Parking at $45 a day at Wilson's carpark behind the apartments - very expensive. No covered walkway from the carpark to the entrance. The base sheet on the bed was too small for the bed and so was not tucked in and thus was not smooth - rapidly scrunched up when I got into bed. No box of tissues in the room. Wifi just ok.
