Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff, lovely spacious, modern rooms which were spotlessly clean & had amazingly comfortable beds - I often struggle to sleep in hotel rooms but had no issues here. Breakfast was delicious too plenty of choice & items replenished regularly. The Gibson Hotel is perfect if you're attending something at the 3 Arena (as we were) which is directly opposite the hotel. The LUA/tram stops outside the hotel & is about 6 stops into the centre of Dublin. There is an odeon cinema, a few places to eat & drink underneath the hotel we were floor 3 room 336 at the back & had a lovely little court yard as our view, which was super quiet. The hotel rooms start on floor 3 so I don't think there would be any noise from nearby facilities unless you sat outside the bar on the balcony. Highly recommended - would love to stay here again!

I asked a woman on reception how to get back to the airport using public transport- she gave very vague information which proved incorrect, not useful when yiu aren't familiar with the area.

This hotel is amazing, I will definitely come back. I wanted to celebrate my graduation somewhere, and coming to this hotel was the best decision. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. But the best part of this hotel for me was the spa. Although the spa room is quite small for the number of people, we were very lucky as it was practically empty whenever we went. I didn't want to leave the spa, and it’s free for hotel guests. There was a steam room, a spa, a jacuzzi, foot baths, hammocks, and wonderful music. I fully relaxed at this hotel and didn't want to leave or even go out for a walk. After checking out, I left my suitcase there for free, and the staff were excellent. I am very satisfied; you are on the right path to creating such an incredible atmosphere in the hotel.

A large corporate hotel. We had a nice spacious room, very clean. The staff on reception were friendly. The check in process online was very easy. We left our luggage there on our last day while we explored, which was very handy. The tram stops right outside with only a 20 minute tram ride to the City. The Dublin Express is close by for the Airport. There is a bar & some restaurants really close too. Good location if you don’t wish to be right in the centre of things. It was an excellent price too.

The seagulls were quite loud but we were pretty exhausted after all the walking round Dublin, so we slept through most of the noise.

It is just in front of the Red Line stop which drives you to the city center in few minutes. The Dublin Express buss which connects to the airport stops just in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this hotel because transportation is easy.

The breakfast is not anything special and products not of a good quality. I didn’t like the breakfast. Also a so big hotel it should provide a bigger relaxation and spa area. It the room there were not offered robe towels, not any sleepers and not any self care amenities .

I have stayed maybe 5/6 times in the Gibson hotel and have had a great stay on every occasion. Staff are consistently welcoming, warm, friendly and very helpful. The hotel always feels safe and secure. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and the showers amazing. The Rituals shower gel/shampoos range etc are a welcome addition. Food and atmosphere in both the restaurant and bar is always great and the service is friendly and efficient. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the staff involved in this stay for making my daughters 16th birthday extra special for the Mitski gig. Our room was upgraded and was set out amazingly with a birthday balloon and card from the hotel. She really appreciated the unexpected extras included. We are already booked to stay again in August for the TV Girl gig. 😍

room 412 on the 4th floor lovely breakfast very nice it would want to be at 17 euro\ location brillent across the road from the point and the luas line; even at 76 years loved the first dates lift what more can i say staff so nice everywhere from checkin to bar to anyone you met all so helpful;thank you again

the lprice was a disgrace for one you will kill the golden goose i know the room was two people but my wife is dead so i was treating myself i had tried on a few times before for concerts by andre rieu but alwayes booked ;thats a;;;ll i have to say hopei will enough to make it next year;thank you again

Location was fantastic as it was directly across from the arena we had a concert in! Room was very spacious for a city centre hotel room and it was also extremely clean in all aspects - lobby, bar and room.

We had paid for late check out and staff clearly hadn’t checked this and walked into our room without our knowledge. Thankfully we had the foresight to not be in the shower and also have the chain across the door!! We also checked in prior to our stay which seemed to be pointless as we never received our QR code to collect our keys and still had to visit a receptionist anyway.

Very large rooms, excellent (true) king bed and amazing location for my concert at the arena right in front of it. Bathroom was also very spacious, very fluffy and comfortable towels, and the amenities (soap, lotion, conditioner, shower gel) were great. The room service was good, and was really fast (15 min) despite the restaurant being fully booked at the time. Staff was very friendly too.

The shower’s temperature was not really stable - the shower itself had very good pressure and it had a large rain head as well as a handheld, but nothing I did could get the temperature to stay the same through my showers. I had breakfast one day, glad I didn’t order for the second day - warm food was just barely lukewarm, bacon was swimming in grease and the pastries were dry. I don’t know if it was the time I had breakfast (around 09:30?) but it felt like the food had just been out for too long. It wasn’t the worst but for the price I expected better.

The room was very spacious and spotless. The bathroom was also very big and comfortable, all the toiletries were provided. The hotel has all the amenities you expect - spa, gym, etc. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, with good attention to detail: I appreciated a lot the fresh mint and ginger at the tea station. The hotel is right next to the tram stop, and the tram brings you to Dublin center in less than 10 min. The Dublin express stop is also located within a few minutes walk.

The lady checking us in was lovely - my daughter commented on her afterwards and said she liked her and was very nice - didn't get her name but she has blonde hair cut in a bob. Staff were overall friendly and helpful. The shower in the room was lovely. Nice, comfortable room and very quiet which is very important to me

The breakfast, which was brought to the room as I ordered room service, had something missing and also a wrong drink. This was quickly rectified when I rang reception and they put me through to room service. The girl that originally delivered the breakfast came back with the extra items and apologised. When my daughter moved the armchair in the bedroom, there was dental floss on the floor which was obviously left there by a previous visitor. I didn't like the idea that the cleaners mustn't have thoroughly checked the room. The dinner in the Hemi Bar was pretty average for the cost and for that of a 4-star hotel. I expected the food to be better, to be honest.
