There was a great view from my room on the ninth floor and a greater view from the Cloud level where complimentary breakfast is served. There is a good fitness room. Location is walking distance to the Convention Center, National Aquarium, and Light Rail and frequent city buses stop nearby. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff cheerfully stored my luggage in the storage room after I checked out.

Breakfast would be better with addition of non-dairy milk, a pot of oatmeal, and wholegrain breads. It would be helpful to provide more information about the transit system, which is a little hard to figure out. TV reverts to Fox when turned off, instead of staying on the same channel.

Location near Inner harbor.

Breakfast,the meat change every day.Hot food,or at least a microwave available!No seasoning and ketchup and or hot sauce. coffee was only available one morning. After 3 days I stayed there. You might want to add wheat toast and fix the waffle machine and the staff should clean up immediately wiping off the tables and the floor. It wasn't that busy. Thank you again. I've been there several times and I look forward to seeing you all again. Continue to have a blessed day.

The Room was divided from the living room area giving privacy very nice and spacious with microwave and mini fridge. The staff was very friendly thank you to all staff. Breakfast was good, but the views from the Breakfast Room omg beautiful where you could see the Harbor.

You could hear the noise from traffic outside and ice machines were not working

Everything was clean, breakfast was excellent, and the location in downtown Baltimore was awesome, especially the convention center where I was going for work.

There was some construction going on in the hotel at the time of my stay, but I understand that that needs to happen. Minor inconvenicence, nothing major.

location to events/activities scheduled in the harbor area. the layout of the room was great. has a lot of potential.

active renovations in the building. which were also a concern in the suite. ac/ heat unit not working and covering was detached. window curtains stained. hole in wall near shower rod. shower curtain loops were broken. bed was loose/broken at the bed frame. and unattached from the wall (easy injury concern)

Navah (AM) receptionist was polite and pleasant to speak with. She made our stay wonderful with you.

Floor C= cold in the AM for breakfast. Would have been nice to have a TV in the breakfast lounge to see the news.

Plumbing in Bathroom sink was stopped up last day of visit toilet ran all the time loud noise from air conditioner for safety bar or handle needs to. Be installed on wall above the tub to support person getting out of tub no shower curtain was on rod in the bathroom

The entire stay was great, my room was clean, the staff were professional, parking was great, and the laundry room was a plus!

I only had one small problem; a tub fixture was missing but it didn't cause any inconvenience for me. staff apologized because they were unaware of the small problem, and I continued my stay.

The location was very convenient to everything I was looking to do in Baltimore. So many things were within walking distance. Although the hotel was going through renovations, everything was very clean. Breakfast was very hot and fresh.

The only complaint of the room was that neither TV was working. I like to sleep with background noise and was unable to do so with the provided hotel amenities. Just used my phone instead.

Unlike some hotels that still advertise breakfast and then use the pandemic as an excuse not to serve it - and to not refund any portion of your money! - this hotel did offer a limited brown bag grab-and-go breakfast to take back to your room.

The hotel needs some cosmetic and minor repairs, from paint to shower curtains that actually stay up and don't bunch in the center only.
