I liked the location. It was very convenient for all the things I did & the restaurants I went to.

The room service was poor. I was there for a week and I only had room service 3 times and they never made the beds 🛏️ all they did was the garbage 🗑️ and clean towels 😔. They said they had a complimentary breakfast but all they had is coffee ☕.

So many people gave this hotel a low score. They are remodeling. I found petty people posting pictures of where they had placed items to be thrown away. They were behind a fenced in area for safety. Our room was clean, the beds were nice, and the decor was like the photo. We stayed two nights.

As you first walked in the room there was a smell. We thought it was a wet smell. I sprayed some of my body spray and it fixed issue. I normally bring Lysol with me to spray bedding and bathrooms in all hotels. I forgot it on this trip. Just FYI for the hotel owner. If you are having a musty smell from rooms being closed and not used as much due to covid. Dollar Tree has these carbon absorbers for all odors. You can place them under each bed. Change them each month. They are a plastic container. Works wonders in closed areas and basements. Also it was a bummer the vending machine broke down.

Staff was very nice! The place was very comfortable to sleep!

Every night you would smell weed which wasnt very pleasant and every time you walked into the front doors it always smelled odd

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great. Not as clean as I would like, but very comfortable stay. Beds were wonderful. Great hot water. Just bring some antibacterial wipes and you're set.

Could be cleaner but can't beat for the price. It's worth it. Neighbors can be loud.

We stayed for 6 nights and it would have been nice if there were furniture to unpack into. Great location. Lovely beach a 15 minute walk away. Convenient to Newport, Bristol, Tiverton, Fall River.

the location was very good. close to all the stores and sight and sounds theater. plenty of free parking. wifi free with no password.

there was a weird smell from the carpet in the hallways. they need to strip off all the carpets and just make them hardwood floors.

Room size and location were just about what we needed for the week.

The bathroom was small and had a lot of unfinished work on the walls and around the sink.

I would prefer a coffeemaker in the room. I like to have coffee to wake me up for awhile before I get ready to go out.

The room itself had so many nice amenities, such as an easy chair with hassock, pull-out desk, and plenty of storage space. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I have no recommendations to make it better except perhaps clean up the things dumped behind the hotel.

Staff was very nice and let me sleep in because I work 3rd shift and needed sleep before I had to drive again. Really appreciate it.

Walls are thin and the doors SLAM shut if not nicely closed. So when I go to bed at 7:30 am and eberyone else is waking up, I got woken up a ton because of slamming doors.
