The view from my room was incredible. The gardens and pool were a welcome change from city life. Food was tasty and delivered to the room quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony as the sunset. Even extended my stay to enjoy the surroundings more.

Noisy/ inconsiderate neighbours on the second night disrupted the peace and tranquility of the hotel. Management dealt with the issue promptly.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated like royalty by the incredible staff, with special mentions to Mr. Wali Allah, Mrs. Caroline, and Mrs. Bayu for their exceptional service that made our stay even more remarkable. The facilities were good and the room was very clean. The pool was amazing and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was nice. We were upgraded to a suite which was also very nice.

They took a lot of time to checkin and we understood that the room was not ready. There were no towels in the room when we checked in and while booking we requested for a baby crib which was confirmed by the hotel but it was not there. Later both were provided after calling them 2-3 times. A bit slow service. The furniture looks outdated. The baby crib was broken in middle of the night but its height was too low that our baby was fine. When we complained in the morning, the manager called to apologize for it but no action was taken since we had to checkout the same day.

The location is perfect with a better weather than inside Doha, less humidity and more windy. The staff were amazing & very friendly. The pool(s) are very big, the spa, the whole resort is very calm and spacious. Soft music & very floral smell. The breakfast consists of varieties of food to choose. The toiletries are very goos including many things even a toothbrush and toothpaste. The Spa, massage was very professional.

Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this for people who want to have a relaxed staycation away from the noisy city. Yet I have few suggestions for improvements. The staff are very few in relation to the size of the resort, it would be better to employ more staff. Although the ones in service are very kind and helpful. No service near the pool to serve drinks for example, i suggest that someone from the cafe would be available to take orders. It would be good to leave food in the fridge.

The breakfast buffet is perfect, Joan is very approachable and ready to serve us with her big smile, plus the manager gave us a free coffee with our pictures on top. Thank you for the experience.

We don't like the room, smell cigarettes, even though we booked our room for non-smoker. We came past 3 pm, but the room is not available yet, we waited for almost an hour to be ready for 1 room, while the other room was after an hour and a half plus no toiletries and towels available. Other hotels, the sauna and steam room, are free, but for them, even if you are a guest there, you need to pay for 100qr per person. Unsatisfied with the room and facilities.

The rooms are spacious, the pool side view is amazing, the staff are super nice and helpful. Very good gym. Best hotel swimming pool i have been to in Qatar, clean and spacious, big kids pool available, surrounded by a spacious garden. Buffet dinners are great value for money. Little far from the city but that's the place you want to be to relax.

Lunch and dinner on normal days (when there is no buffet) were more than disappointing, took too long to serve (40min plus) and tasted way below standard. Value for money NOT GOOD..

The kitchen is clean and well fitted. The living room was clean and comfortable. I slept very well, the bed and pillows spotless and superior quality. Beautiful bathroom with never ending hot water, lovely deep bath. The little extras were good quality, especially the bath foam which was something I don't usually see in any hotel, nice touch. Room service food is fast and fresh and extremely good value, really good and better than any other 5* in Doha for a fraction of the cost. The staff are extremely professional and care deeply about the guest experience. So many nice touches, very caring staff across the board.

It did take a little time to access room service but to be fair it was during the afternoon at Ramadan so not outrageous.

we booked a two bedroom villa with access to garden and lake, but they gave us an amazing upgrade and we got a three bedroom villa with a private pool. that was amazing. The villa was really big, clean and facilities were excellent. the pool was big and nice. Pool was totally private. breakfast was delicious. staff were friendly and helpful. Many thanks to the receptionist staff her name is "Hajer" "هاجر" she was amazing, smiling and so much helpful.

the upper floor doors are not covered with a curtain and can be seen from the outside.

It could have been better if the check-in time for hotel rooms is a little earlier like 12nn or 2pm. Since we wanted to maximize our stay-like usage of the pool. the pool timing is also very short, 7am to 10pm should be ideal. The villas are obviously bigger spaces to clean up so it's just right to have the check-in time at 3pm and has their own pool that they can access anytime.

It was very good experience staying in Pool side view Room. Room size was good enough. Check in Staff Mr. Anees was very helpful and good communicative. Really appreciate to Mr. Anees. Bell boy / vallet parking staff was helpful and they took us by buggy to move around to see entire resort and facilities. Swimming pool experience and breakfast was best. Again Thanks to Mr. Anees & Retaj Salwa Resort & Spa management for giving wonderful experience.

Everything are ok.... I think that they can make playground area for kids.
