The room and location was very good; clean and well appointed

The check in was slow with the woman being on the phone for 15 minutes. Ordered room service and did not receive all my dishes and employee would not talk to me about it. Having to join to use WiFi was needless and a waste of time. Everyone was rude, tried to eat at the restaurant and no one came to help us so we ordered room service; we stood around for literally 21 minutes

My wife and I have stayed here many times and are always happy with the rooms, service and dining. The location is close to the train station and walking distance to the historic town center.

We were sorry that the pool was closed. Also the train station is under construction ( will it ever finish?)making the usual 5 minute walk to the hotel about 20 minutes !

this is close to the central railway station and when you get there, you are greeted by warm and helpful staff. our luggage as taken to our room while we booked in. our room was very comfortable and clean. The location makes it easy to get to town and the information centre. The bedding is comfortable. Would stay here again in an instant.

We only had a quick overnight stay so the location was excellent to the train station. Also easy walking distance to the old town. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Check in was quick and everyone was very friendly and helpful with referrals for dinner options and directions to Mercedes museum.

they block high amount as a deposit not high speed internet the air conditioning is not distributed well in the room so you feel cold in one side of the room and the other side you feel hot !

We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Every hotel in the world should have someone like "Olaf", who made us feel special at all times, whether at the bar, the restaurant, the cigar bar. He was incredibly professional, well spoken, a real gentleman who made us feel like we had our own personal concierge!! All of the staff spoke English and were amazing, but no one stood out more than Olaf! If I owned a chain of hotels, I'd be trying to hire him away from you!!!

The streaming (TV) service was pretty bad, but everything else about this hotel more than made up for that. We were very impressed!

Everything is gorgeous, this is probably the best hotel in Stuttgart. Services are extended, parking is safe and easy, and the room is spacious and very clean.

It's not the hotel's problem, but Stuttgart central station, right across the street from the hotel, is under a major re-construction. The view isn't too great, and the noise could be annoying for some sensitive people.

Great location across from the main station. Staff was very helpful, they arranged a taxi for us and also lent us some sissors and tape to secure a package for our flight home. Rooms were clean and great showers.

Beds were pretty hard, but that's kind of standard for Europe.

Location is phenomenal and walking distance from the main train station. Also walking distance to numerous historic sights. If you are traveling to attend the christmas markets they are walking distance from the hotel. Number of fine restaurants to dine, including at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent, great selection to choose from, and not only you can choose from the buffet, but also you can order to your liking. Staff professional and very helpful.
