I wasn't expecting much, because Best Western is a value brand. However, it was surprisingly nice! The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good (albeit, very very busy). All in all, it was equivalent to staying at a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn.

It was pretty good. It would have been nice to have another elevator - there were a lot of large groups there, and we had to wait for the elevator on several occasions. Also, cereal on the breakfast buffet would have been nice for my kids. But we were really pleased overall.

We love the location, so convenient to everything! The rooms are extra large, the beds are comfy, and there's plenty of hot water...with great pressure! Breakfast is a good assortment of hot items, as well as the usual cold fare. Coffee ready and available 24/7 is a real plus!

We were 2 older couples, and appreciate quiet. However, a family with a noisy toddler was put into the room adjoining ours...and the door between provided no sound barrier. We talked to the front desk person, who was swamped, and we talked to the neighbors, but there was a language breakdown. One of the housekeepers going by stepped in to provide clarification. Thanks to her, they were totally quiet after that and we were able to rest well!

The location is super convenient to the airport, the Alamo, the Van Gogh Experience, and many other points of interest. Area felt safe. Room was comfortable. Liked coffee being available any time.

We have stayed before, and both times (6weeks apart) we have found the elevator to be shaky and jerking...our 13 year old granddaughter refused to ride it, and only used stairs (several floors) every time. Wish there was a built-in auto nightlight in the room so we wouldn't have to leave bathroom light/fan on all night. Breakfast ends too early (9:00), especially on the weekends when there are twice as many people staying at the hotel...and twice as many to be fed! Did not care for Fox News 24-7 in the lobby. Leave it on a station like HGTV or old sitcoms that don't blast fear and negativity.

We LOVE the location! It is super convenient to get to many places in San Antonio (NOT by walking) It is 10 minutes from the airport, and 5 minutes from the Alamo and RiverWalk, as well as the Van Gogh Experience. We appreciate the availability of coffee and tea 24/7. The area felt safe. We were concerned by the proximity of a fire station, but NEVER heard sirens!

We stayed at the hotel on 2 different occasions, and the elevator was very jerky both times. Fortunately we were only on the 2nd floor and able to opt for using the stairs! The breakfast area is awkwardly crowded. The closing of breakfast hours needs to be extended a half hour to accommodate the bottleneck - or at least have flexibility when it there are still lots of people.

It's in a great location where you can easily get to so many popular areas. Everything we went to was within minutes of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and was nice to have the option of a free breakfast.

House keeping only stopped by once so we were running short on clean towels and toiletries. The TV was a little small for the size of the room.

Breakfast was included and extremely delicious. The staff very friendly and informative if I had any questions. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

The vent fan in the bathroom is connected to the light so all our bathroom trips were loud and there was the smallest traces of mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom from the moisture over time.

Thr room was spacious. I used the fridge and hair dryer. The location was excellent.

Electrical plugs on 1 wall did not work. Television remote was probably low on battery. The TV cable provider was disappointing for the price of the room. Guide access was poor and inaccurate.

Cleaness ,nice customer service and breakfast was great kids just also wanted cereal but was great though I thought . And needs warmer blankets.

The pool was very small for a big hotel. And the elevator would make some sort of pop sound when going up and going down. Kind of creepy like if something is loose in there.

Front desk staff member was friendly. We checked in at 4am, while passing through on our way to the Frio River. Room was clean, AC worked, we had a view of the downtown skyline, plenty of hot water that was immediate and you didn’t have to wait for it to warm up. Room had a fridge and microwave. Front desk staff told us to park our truck and trailer under the covered front because the parking lot was at capacity. Very accommodating. Great stay for some sleep before heading out.

Breakfast was nice, and the location is convenient.

The room was a bit too bright for me. At night around 10:45 pm, someone was knocking on the door, which was utterly strange.
