Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff especially lilianna are amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

This place is very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our heating was broke so I was so cold. But the staff put a heater in our room for us getting in so it was lovely and warm! The bed was Comfortable but could of done with an extra pillow. Would 100% stay again

The toilet is abut high from the floor lol. I'm 5"4 and I struggled to touch the floor. As the bed was the same. The room does get really cold if there is no heating kept on but it doesn't get too warm that you can't sleep.

Easy to find, good location very near to the quayside and approx 10 minute walk from the station. Room was as expected for a budget hotel with no frills. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Air conditioning, we turned it off but it came back on early hours of the morning and it sounded like a gale was blowing.

Location was fab. Facilities clean and functional. Staff pleasant. Very easy to enjoy your stay - no drama, no disappointments.

There's nothing not to like; it is what it says it is - good value, good location, budget hotel.

The location is perfect, arguably one of the cheapest hotels in the area - and the room was clean. I can't argue with the hotel for that price, even if I was only in there for a few hours.

Check-in took me about half an hour as the person in front of me in the queue didn't speak much English. Not the receptionists fault, but maybe have an extra staff member on hand just in case?

Great value for money hotel, friendly staff and good room.

Other guests rubbish being left outside their room which made the corridor smell, this is not the hotels fault.

This is the second time in two weeks I've stayed the first time I didn't know what to expect and I was blown away ny the staff's attitudes and willingness to help If you had a problem even if it was late at night and they didn't disappoint this time either they are brilliant and definitely get 10 out of 10 from me. Hotel was is lovely and clean rooms are spot on preferred the second one I stayed in compared to the first as it was bigger and more spacious but the first one was nice also

There was nothing I didn't like really only problem I had was the first time I stayed the heating didn't work properly

i thought it was good value for money. most people will realise at these prices it will be No frills. my room was en-suite and clean.
