The place is Very Clean. Location to Maria restaurant and plenty of bakeries. Short walk to the metro. I never got an Uber or Taxi. Very convenient. Also the bed is EXTRA FIRM (but I like a firm bed) towels yes, no wash cloth.

It's close to the street, you will hear some street nosie late at night when somebody blasting their music blocks away. Lisbon in General lots of litter.

The hotel is very simple but confortable and clean. Staff are really nice! The area is quite good, multiple services around the hotel and it's a quiet neighborhood. The room have everything you need.

The room is not soundproofed, so you can hear the other guests in the hallway, but it's nothing serious, it's manageable. And if you are looking to see Lisbon, the hotel is a little too far from the downtown, but Amadora is lovely!

I like absolutely everything! The place is like in the pictures. Super clean and tidy. Staffs there are so lovely. Toilet spotless, beds are comfortable, the room has air conditioning, WiFi works perfectly, windows are the good one that isolated all noise from the street. I rarely heard noise or voices from the other guests. It's super close to Amadora train station, it's like 15min from Lisbon city center. Super well located, they are closed to every store that we needed, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food. I am supprised in how perfect was my staying there.

I liked everything. I just missed a small fridge inside the room because it's summer time and it would be nice if I could keep my water cold. But it didn't bother me at all.

perfect room, the location is great, right next to the train station, you can take a 15 minute train to the center of Lisbon for ~2 euros. it was clean and had everything we needed, the people working there were very kind.

it has a 24/7 reception that was very nice and practical, however one morning we had to wait 20 minutes in the entrance hall because no one was at the reception and the door of the hotel was locked, we were inside, and there was no way to exit the building. we tried calling but all the number we found were the ones for the reception… otherwise it was ideal and it was the only time we didn’t see someone at the reception.

Good location, close to the railway station with frequent trains to Lisbon and Sintra. Room with a large balcony. The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

Loud elevator noises can be heard until relatively late and in the early morning. The room was close to the elevator shaft.

The location was very good, close to restaurants, cafes and the train station.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities, fridge in the room. This would be a great improvement. The mattress was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress.

The hotel it is in a good localization, the staff was kind, I only stay for one night but overall the hotel meet my expectations, the price was fair.

The space in the shower was very small and the room don't have a refrigerator, for me that only stay one night was ok but to stay more nights this could be an issue.

The staff were great and very helpful, I worked from the room, they had a fold up table but no chair and this hindered working. The lighting could also have been improved and also there was no lock on the window. But great location and near to restaurants and fast food places.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with giving information on the sites to see. There was always someone in the lobby and helpful even late at night. The room was cleaned each day and had no fear for losing any belongings because there was a safe. I highly recommend this place!
