Renovated room, everything looks new inside the room. Location is 15 minutes walking to downtown core, 10minutes walking to nearest metro station, 5minutes walking distance to the pedestrian street, which has lots of eating/shopping options. The housekeeping staff is very friendly, especially the Chinese lady who cleaned our room during the first two nights of stay,she was lovely.

We got checked into a handicapped room which doesn’t have a shower tub, nor a glass door to prevent water from running everywhere. Had to do lots of cleaning work ourselves after the shower. If I was made aware of this ahead , I would prefer to wait couple more hours for a different room. Also, there was people shouting/talking/laughing loudly outside our window at 1am till 2am, yet no security person or front desk person ever care to make a visit to stop them. Also, the pillows are way to soft, an average person will need to stack two pillows together. We found the bed appears to be too soft as well.

The room was very good. It felt all renovated, in very good condition, and still smelled a little of fresh paint.

My only issue was the wifi. I brought a Mac Pro lap top which had problems connecting with the wifi system, with respect to the password page not properly downloading. This was resolved following making contact with the IT support who fixed some sort of security setting. This happens at some hotels, but not at home or at other locations.

I booked this hotel for three family members who were from out of town. They informed me that they were satisfied with their stay at this hotel in terms of the front desk reception, facilities, indoor parking, promptness of the staff to respond to a request (additional pillow), excellent location.

I was informed that only a service elevator was working which they said had a lot to be said in terms of cleanliness.

Yes, the room was very clean and comfortable. The big screen tv was a treat. We were pleased to use the fridge and have a microwave available.

A few things the hotel should know and correct: The bathroom door needs to be sanded a bit as it did not close well. The bathtub could use a few more non-slip strips/methods and a grab bar for assistance to avoid accidents. We are pleased the pool was open but as the on-line write up clearly said it was closed we did not bring bathing suits and were disappointed. As we did not choose the "breakfast included" option we were hoping to order a la carte and not just use the breakfast buffet.

I was greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

Our room was not ready at 3:00. We were told that the hotel was sold out and staff were trying to prepare the rooms as quickly as they could. They stored our luggage in a secure location. It would be another hour before we could enter our room. So we went and had an early dinner at a restaurant that was not our choice. It changed our plans but we managed fine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I’m very happy we chose the breakfast package, as the buffet was very good! Exceptional hosts and wait staff, who were very welcoming and great to talk to. They made our visit very special. Our rooms were very clean, and the woman who made us so comfortable was very sweet and friendly!

The parking garage is extremely tight and low, and we could not park our truck down there, as it goes down to 6’ and we scraped the top. We were able to find parking for the most part outside, but very tough with a bigger vehicle. It is pricey, but the Loft met all of our needs and was spacious.

very clean and close to downtown. The staff are nice and helpful. In my way to check out, I asked the receptionist to send someone to help me with the luggage. The guy said they don’t have such a service but he came up and help me, which I appreciated.

My room was in a residential building and there were a few things that I didn’t like: the smell of the chute room was really bad and I could smell it in my room. Also, there was a dog parking, which annoyed me a bit.

Clean, the location is nice very close to restaurants, the hotel restaurant is incredible. The reception was nice.

Whilst the bed was comfy there was always a squeak noise whenever either of us would move not a strong noise but always a noise which could become annoying

The hotel location is in prime downtown, with few minutes walk to St. Catherine street. The hotel is decent though little old. The staff are very good and the room was comfortable including Kitchenette which was requirement.

1. The exhaust for Kitchen was not there as the primary Microwave was not functioning and a temporary one was provided, 2. The height of beds were too high, especially for shorter people who virtually need to jump and climb.

Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds and enough space for us. Parking was available but quite expensive. An easy walk to restaurants and close to access roads to get out of the city.

Restaurant attached to hotel stated they could not provide a gluten free meal. not even cook a plain steak. Parking was expensive and very tight to drive around. Many cars deliverately took up 2 spaces, making it difficult to park.
