Sea view room had an incredible view over the Galata Bridge, Golden Horn and mosques on the skyline. The room decor was stylish and seemed to be recently renovated. Great location at the end of the Galata Bridge in the new town. 5 minute walk to the tram and Karakoy ferry pier. Tunel entrance right next door. The top-floor restaurant and cocktail bar served the best meals we had in Istanbul, and the most memorable for the view. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked to order in addition to the buffet.

The only negative - no clothes storage in the room. 5 hangers and no shelves or drawers. But this was a minor inconvenience we would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel into a perfect location if you're visiting Istanbul for the first time! It's just 2mins walk to Galata Bridge and tram which is really good to reach the old town in few stops (otherwise 20/25mins walking) Amazing breakfast, full of everything, served into the roof top restaurant which got an amazing view of the old city! Nice tiny roof top bar on the top of the restaurant as well!! Room was comfortable, clean and tidy daily, and isolated from any noise coming up from the street(traffic is crazy in Istanbul!!!)

Very central location. Close to all the major touristic sites with 10-15 min walks. Also, most of the buses pass from in front of the Hotel which makes it convenient. Room was clean and comfy. Food menu is decently priced and not overpriced like most hotels. Breakfast was nice with a very spectacular view over Istanbul.

Services offered by the Hotel are overpriced. 50 Euro for an Airport taxi that only takes 20 Euro if you request it yourself. Day trips also cost less if you request it alone. I am sorry, but I don't get why I need to pay extra for services that are widely available from different providers. Hotels should price it competitively.

Excellent location to base yourself in Istanbul as many attractions are within walking distance. Public transport such as funicular, metrobus, bus and ferry are also around the hood. All the staff we met are very helpful and friendly to provide whatever support needed to make our stay comfortable thanks to Serdar, Sedat, Ertan, Turan, Harun and rest of hotel team! Room size and breakfast is decent with view of Galata Tower, Galata Bridge, Bosphores and Eminonu. We will be happy to stay at this hotel again when visiting Istanbul.

Excellent location very close to Galata tower, Galata bridge, tram station and tunnel station (funicular) to go to Istiklal street. Roof top restaurant of Momento hotel gives exceptional view of Asian side and old part of European side including Bosphorus strait and golden horn. View from room includes Topkapi palace, aya Sofia, blue mosque, sulaymaniye mosque and many more mosques along with Galata bridge. Rooms and washrooms were extremely nice and clean, very good house keeping service. Overall best services and staff. Harun at reception was very friendly and helpful, bell boy Eren was very helpful too. Mustafa at roof top restaurant was also very nice, he arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my son during our stay there. I really appreciate Harun and Mustafa for this gesture. I highly recommend Momento hotel Golden horn.

I like the location near to the Istanbul attractions and I like the hotel staff Sedat and Serdar Also hotel provided me airport transfer with big car which I really enjoyed

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Galata Bridge, the Karakoy ferry stations, the T1 tram stop and is right next door to the Tunel funicular entrance so you don't need to climb the hill to the Galata tower or Istiklal Caddesi. There are an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby - just cross the street if you wander toward Galata Port. After a long day you might appreciate that that area is flat. The staff were friendly and helpful - special thanks to Sadat. I was very happy with breakfast selections and the view is amazing. You can also go up to a terrace bar. In the evening the venue becomes the Tershane Restaurant (listed in Michelin guide). Even if you stay at the hotel, make sure you make a reservation as you are unlikely to be able to simply walk in. Rooms are not huge, as expected, but beds and pillows were great. You can open the window which I loved and slept with the 7th floor window open. I wouldn't suggest an open window to you If you are sensitive to street/city noise in the night as this hotel is in a busy spot and this bustling city only quietens for the briefest of time. I highly recommend Hotel Momento Golden Horn

the location is one of the best options, its in the middle of everything and the view as well from the roof is amazing. Staff are really kind specially Sedat from reception and Damla from restaurant.

Bed was a little bit small i think it was around 160cm. Dont ever count on getting early check in, i was traveling with 7 month old infant and arrived at 10:00, got the room on 14;00 sharp. Room was a little bit small as well.

first class! at a glance simply wonderful! Hotel: simply great! Location: simply great! Service: simply perfect!!!! especially Serdar and his colleague were very attentive, whenever something was needed, it was done immediately! Serdar is very helpful, committed and very experienced. And extremely friendly! Rooms: very well maintained, clean; everything you need for a wonderful stay! I would also strongly recommend using the airport shuttle: on time, without any stress or inconvenience, just get in the car, get out in front of the hotel, go back to the airport, they will take you exactly where you belong. The car itself was very well maintained and well equipped. You feel like a VIP. And it was done before I arrived, everything schedulded by Serdar. So I had no need to think about it. I'm already looking forward to the next time - of course again in this hotel!
