Good location

The rooms were a bit too small, but that was to be expected. What bothered me the most was that you could hear other people talking on the hallway and they could hear you as well from inside your room, so privacy was an issue. Also we noticed a lot of dust on the walls next to the bed, spots you should also be wary of from now on.

Breakfast and staff in cafe and room service

The front office staff can smile with and show some courtesy towards the guests, rather than being like the robot that they have in the lobby. If the line is long, they don't need to panic and ignore the guests, smile, and ask how they are and tell them they will come to serve them quickly. Seeing the staff panicking is the last thing a guest wants to see after a long travel

Good location, nice restaurant. The room is the tiniest I've ever been, but it had everything needed. Even more. The hairdryer was a good one with power, not like the typical hotel, useless types. Umbrella, torch, coffee, slipper, just to mention other nice additions provided in the room.

The food in the restaurant was medium, was disappointed. (Breakfast was good, and cocktails very good). The bed was not comfortable for me, too soft. Was also strange that only huge towels were provided, but no small hand towels.

The location is close to the metro. The staff were helpful. The concept and the robots were fun. We had Yolanda deliver some towels. The facility was clean and the breakfast had a great variety of choices.. The bed was comfortable. With good linens. The view was great. I like that they supplied you with as many free water bottles that you desired

The rooms were extremely humid. The air conditioning only worked when you were in your room so the heat and humidity would build during the day. Everything left in the room felt damp.

The check-in proces is a bit troublesome and error-prone but luckily there is nice staff to take care of it

Yotel is known for its tiny rooms: ours was so gorgeously, usefully designed it the smaller size was a benefit. We paid a bit more for a "view" room: the entire bathroom/shower wall was glass to enjoy the view toward downtown from the 24th floor:). Concierge was professional and useful; cleaning was beautifully accomplished. Location with red and brown lines 50m from hotel made for easy access to all of Singapore. Gym is small but usefully arranged; pool is 20m, lappable. Food Republic is an indoor/basement hawker area 2 minutes from the hotel; there's also a grocery store/bakery.

PLEASE suspend the "courtesy" of providing 2 plastic bottles of water/day to the room. Leave a note encouraging us to refill our own bottles, or be given ONE bottle for the stay. This wasteful use of plastic is the reason for my low Value mark, otherwise everything was wonderful. Pool usage should be from 6am-10pm, not 7am-10pm.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Super convenient location, on Orchard, full of coffees and restaurants walking distance yet not in a noisy or super busy are at all.

Found restaurant a bit pricey, and food/drinks were not as great! Rooms are a little small, I don't think a couple or two people could fit comfortably. But if you're traveling solo and for a couple of days, its perfect!

The central location is a significant plus for both business and leisure travelers. Tech-Driven Amenities: The hotel embraces technology with in-room automation, allowing guests to control various aspects of the room environment using a tablet. This tech-savvy approach adds a modern and convenient touch to the stay.

Compact Bathroom Design: The bathroom layout is quite compact, and the glass-panel design may lack privacy for some guests. The unconventional bathroom setup might be uncomfortable for those who prefer more traditional and private spaces. Noise Levels: The sound insulation in the rooms is not entirely effective. I experienced occasional disturbances from neighboring rooms and hallway noise, impacting the overall tranquility of the stay.

From the reception staff to the house keeping personnel, they are very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service.

1. They don't make up room daily Only if you stay more than 2 nights, and on the 3rd night. With the price that we are paying it is about the same as some other big brand hotel in Orchard road which they offer daily room service to ensure the guest have a more pleasant stay. 2. The room have a little bit of moldy smell 3. Toilet blind have some spot stain which make the room presentation not perfect.
