Overall, my stay was a mixed experience. The location of the place is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality, making me feel immediately at home. Their helpfulness and attentiveness throughout my stay were truly commendable.

However, there are some drawbacks. The rooms are quite old and could use some updating. Additionally, cleanliness was not up to par during my stay, which was disappointing. Another issue is that the photos on booking don’t accurately represent the actual condition of the rooms, which can be misleading for potential guests.

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything. Front desk were all friendly and helpful. Maid service was excellent as well. Room size was perfect for family of 6. We will definitely be back.

The beds were a little hard for me and my back. Room does have a few things that need to be fixed but nothing we couldn't deal with.

I'm a returning visitor to this Hotel as I stayed here several times on my trips to Belgrade. The location is absolutely great. They used to have a free parking which was absolutely excellent but this is not the case any more. However, although they now charge for parking, it is affordable and it is in the very town center. They have their own two-car parking garage or you can park in a garage of a nearby shopping center at a reduced rate as a hotel guest (you need to get a card from the reception desk for this). If you are not a very skillful driver, I'd suggest the second option. Rooms are clean, staff is nice and helpful and (always a bonus for me) every room is equipped with a kettle (excellent for those who appreciate a cup of tea or coffee whenever they wish).

Location is excellent for Belgrade! We choose it for balcony. It's nice to have a way to relax outdoors..

Small rooms. We stayed three nights and nobody cleaned the room. Also the room was in another building which was wiard in some way.

Excellent room and location. Mattress is also great! We arrived late and the receptionist helped us.

The parking was full or blocked by someone's car, so had to park outside. As of the time of this review, the parking is free 21.00-07.00, then you can park for 2 more hours only. So 9.00 was the time we had to move the car. Also, if you arrive late, you can pay by SMS only - luckily, some very helpful locals helped to pay.

very friendly staff, easy to find and smooth check in. Nice room clean and had the things you would expect. AC and fridge, nice comfortable bed. Location is amazing right in the chilled bar area quiet in the room but buzzing outside, lots of great bars and restaurants in the local areas.

some of the things are a little dated in the room, rusted shower rack for example but this was not an issue - was very happy with the stay

Oh Amazing Property. beautiful stay. so huge the apartment was. we really liked it. it was so near by to all the public places. Like Republic Square. to the tram station. the only problem was the Garage Parking. they should find a better place for that. Nevertheless the owner of the hotel offered us his car but refused to take as its a risk right. and in Belgrade you actually dont need a car as the biggest problem is Parking. so its better if you travel by public transport. thanks to the owner of the apartment he realy guided us how to travel by public transport. it was realy helpful. and very convenient.

Just the Garage Parking. it was too congested. though Owner helped us in parking our car.

Very good location, close to the center, restaurants and cafes. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, eager to help at any time of the day and night. The room had all utilities needed for our stay with a baby.

Although the room was clearly cleaned, the bedding and towels smelled like they were washed, but they were stained. The pictures on the website are for some of the rooms, but not necessarily to the room you receive. It looked quite different where we stayed.
