Very nice stay in this hotel. There is a pleasant family atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. Well-assorted breakfast with both sweet and savory food. Moreover people at front office were really competent, helpful and kind. Maria and others of the stuff gave me useful information. I really appreciated the hall in front of the reception where you can have a free tea or coffee and dessert sitting on soft sofas. The hotel is really near the city center (only few meters from bus stop, also from and to the Airport, Flygbussarna, and tram stop). Near the hotel there are many restaurants and shops. I didn't have the opportunity to try it, but there is a sauna. Finally, there are also some bikes you can (and you have to!) rent for free.

The ethics and behavior of your Iraqi employee who works there at night is not good at all, and because of his behavior and lack of experience in his work, I spent a very difficult night and was looking for a place to sleep until the morning, even though I had booked a hotel and paid for it in full. I had counted and Sekuriti's behavior was not good at all and he insulted me and caused me stress. Please punish both of them in the most severe way so that they don't treat any guests like this again.

The breakfast was outstanding. If you want a complete meal, you'll get it. The staff were very helpful in orienting me to various places I wanted to get to, and that was appreciated. Location-wise, it's very close to a tram station to get you where you need to go.

I don't count this as a negative; rather, had I known I could have taken a tram near to my hotel that would have been helpful. Otherwise it's roughly a 25 minute walk from the train/bus terminal. It's not bad once you know where you're going but initially I didn't know/understand the layout of the city so I took a less than direct route to my hotel initially. After that and understanding trams, etc., it was easy. Just be advised that if you plan to walk to here from the central station, count on about 25 minutes.

Great sized room, comfy bed, great shower, relatively quiet and ear plugs provided, clean, free tea/coffee/snack provided, safe and nice area, convenient from airport/to get around the city.

Sauna was closed - people go to Sweden for the sauna, esp. since the public one is being renovated. No info on the website, nothing in comms, and no sign in the hotel - only discovered when I went to use it and was told it was 'being fixed for the weekend'. Would have picked another hotel that had one - which was available - had they been transparent. Bit chilly in the evenings and needed a thicker blanket (no heating/aircon).

Given what was advertised I honestly wasn't expecting much. However, despite the somewhat dated decor, the room was clean; the bed was comfortable and not too soft; staff were friendly and approachable; the breakfast was possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.. There really isn't much more to ask for. The interior of the hotel also features murals spanning across two decades from a local artist.

There is barely any soundproofing between the rooms. I think the experience could have been very different if guests in rooms adjacent to mine were noisy during the night, fortunately that wasn't the case during this stay.

We were there for Metallica concert, distance to Ullevi Stadium was amazing, after 2 days concert, it was very easy to access back hotel. Apart from the distance to stadium, hotel location is very good, easily accessible to many points of interests. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean. We had the room on the street side but even after the concerts, there was no noise, so sound insulation was very good. Staff was very helpful and smiling. Also bonus, it was perfect to listen some Metallica songs even in the lobby!

I really enjoyed the location being around the corner from the art gallery and a large square. The large square had lots happening locally eg I think it was a end of school celebration. Also protest marches started from the square. For me personally I loved the use of art in the hotel. The wall murals were especially beautiful.

There was nothing I didn't enjoy. All was exellent from value for money to location. The breakfast had a large choice and the food was of good quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful regarding tourist activities.

Very good location, between the city center, at a walking distance, and the Ullevi Stadium. The room was petit but with everything necessary to consider the room comfortable. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I slept very well, which is normally an issue for me. The breakfast was varied and generous and because the weather was really good I had it in the internal courtyard, which is very pretty, with a lot of flowers. The staff was very polite and helpful. I very much recommend it.

The location was great, right in the middle of city centre and very accessible from the central bus station in which you would be dropped off if taking the coach from the Airport. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Housekeeping was done in timely manner. You are kind of spoilt for choice for breakfast, the variety is in abundance. The presentation was very professional and dinner area very comfortable. I would say it was a classy buffet for breakfast. Water is easily accessible to take to your room and what I really loved and would probably say was the highlight of the hotel was how they set out complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. You could help yourself to a hot drink anytime and just unwind and relax. They would also set out some cake for you and it was different everyday! Not to mention that fact that the cake was very delicious!!

Honestly, I can't think of a negative comment from my experience of the hotel.

The location was good, the hotel was pleasant and clean, and the breakfast buffet was good. But the thing that really made our stay enjoyable, though, was the staff. They were friendly, polite and very helpful with our enquiries. I even got a 'hej hej' and a smile from one of the cleaners, which was nice!

Just a couple of small things - the bed could have been slightly comfier, as I found it a little too soft, and I would have liked a small kettle to make coffee or tea in my room.
