Staff was excellent - polite, attentive and informative. Location is excellent for travelling via interstate highways or airport. The room was spacious and clean.

There is an extra charge for parking that I was not aware of until check-in. It may have made a difference in my choice of hotels since I was looking for the least expensive in the area. The facility was a little older and could use updating. Traffic noise was obvious from inside the room but it wasn't too bad.

Service in the front receptionist Mr. Karan when we arrive was so helpful and kind , professional , Very helpful with directions& the men at night time was excellent as well. and professional. Love that the Room was Clean, & it has a microwave & mini fridge, very useful. Just that t room need carpet updates I guess. I enjoy Lemon water , coffee and té at the lobby was excellent , available at all times & the restaurant was great we try the dish pizza & was delicious. Breakfast love it Good options love that it was included in the price, The Shuttle service was excellent & included from airport to hotel & to places near like t mall & the train station at anytime, the person who work from 6am up was the best excellent service , professional kind & friendly. The experience in General was great , for the price & things included.

Loud music at night, but I guess bc I was by t front entrance window where I think is a night club. But stops at some time that I didn’t release just feel asleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport was hassle free and didn't take that long. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was very good with a large enough selection for everyone in our party. The price we paid for the night was super reasonable for the services provided. The shuttle driver coming back from the airport talked about all the places that the shuttle would take guests who didn't have a vehicle (ie the mall and restaurants near the airport).

Very small beds. As someone who is used to sleeping in a king bed, sleeping in a double bed with my husband was a cramped experience. The room was too small for 2 double beds. We had to leave for the airport prior to breakfast opening and the bag breakfast we received, while the thought was in the right place, was not worth the effort to put together (water, fruit, granola bar) and the shuttle took us early so we weren't able to consume it prior to checking in at the airport. The hotel no longer allows overnight parking while traveling. The parking lot is too small to accommodate that service (a one-time exception was made for us).

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to O'Hare Airport. The hotel was very clean and the room was clean as well. The check-in person was friendly and helpful. It was great that the airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day. We had to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m., so it was great having a shuttle available that early. The shuttle driver was very nice.

The bed wasn't that comfortable. But I know that's a matter of personal preference. The beds are clean and in good shape, though.

Mike was amazing at front desk. The restaurant service was on point.

Jax was an absolute nightmare for myself and my family. He never called a shuttle for us. We waited two hours outside the airport. He lied and said a bus was near. It never came under his leadership. He was short with me on the phone as I called three times to inquire about the whereabouts of our shuttle. He gave awkward pauses on the phone like I annoyed him or something. I will never return to this hotel again because of Jax. He's not honest and inconvenienced us for 2 hours.

Clean, spacious, good location, convenient shuttle service

It was necessary to phone the hotel from the airport to arrange shuttle pickup. We had not planned to use global roaming but as the hotel did not respond to the email I sent 2 days before our departure from NZ, we had to organize global roaming for the sole purpose of being able to request the shuttle. It would be good if the shuttle from airport to hotel could be booked in advance.

Shuttle bus to and from the airport was fast and efficient. We came earlier, but our room was ready, which was a relief after a 11 hour flight from Europe. Breakfast was great, there were various gluten-free options, no lactose-free options, but we were able to work around it. There is coffee available 24/7 and it was delicious.

I would prefer to communicate through emails, it is hard to contact the property if you are coming from abroad and don't have US number, roaming fee was huge.

The little living room was cute. Would be nice for people who have company. I liked that there was a Pizza Uno even though I didn't get a chance to try it. Maybe next time.

I didn't expect to pay a parking fee. Especially since there was barely any. There were signs all through the parking lot saying no parking Friday and Saturday. The breakfast was OK. I would have liked it more if there was a waffle or pancake maker.

The proximity to the airport & the free shuttle bus were the major considerations why I booked at Comfort Suites Hotel. Check-in was a breeze with the cheerful staff. The front desk is always manned. Would recommend & book again if I go to Chicago. Worth what you paid for.

The aircon was noisy but other than that. Experience was great after the 15 hours flight.

we were flying to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico and stayed at the comfort suites overnight both on the way down and the way back to get cheaper flights. It was a fantastic experience. It’s right along the airport road and the airport shuttle came within minutes after we called. Our morning flight back to Boston was at 6 AM and we took the 430 shuttle. We realized we had forgotten our lodge iPad in the room and the shuttle driver brought it back. Five stars for this hotel.
