The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with dining suggestions for our special dietary needs. We had several meals in the hotel restaurant, too. The menu offered enough options to satisfy us, but the best part we’re the servers. Genuinely friendly and helpful, and they truly made our stay a happy one. It’s so important to start and end a busy day with caring people who take the time to remember what you like.

My husband must eat gluten-free, and there was No gluten-free bread for him. This is such an easy thing to keep on hand, and there are so many people who have gluten sensitivity or allergies. I thin a second grab bar in the shower would be advisable.

Facilities was clean and remained clean during my stay. The staff we very friendly!

Not “I didn’t like” however, maybe a suggestion. This was my very first trip to Anaheim, CA so was very clueless about the area. When I asked the front desk staff about directions around the hotel and was not able to help me because she said she didn’t know the area. I was mapping a walking path to Angels Stadium and didn’t know how to get there. Of course I ended up googling it. It would be helpful if staff knew the basic streets and directions to local venues. Just a suggestion 😊

The hotel is staffed by very friendly people. The coffee bar downstairs was excellent. I wish it had longer hours. The hotel is far enough away from Disney that its not hard to get in and out of. And it is right on the line for the buses to and from the park w/ on demand pick up. Great perk!

Hotel is outdated. Needs a fresh paint job for sure. The restaurant is open very minimal hours and the only way to contact them or get food is to sit inside. I would have liked to order ahead and pick it up but there is no phone line. There are no ice machines and the water is $3 a bottle. Room was spacious but needed a new door lock and toilet as both had issues while I was there.

Separate room for adults with bunk beds for the kids. Xbox in the room with a choice of games in reception. Restaurant in the hote lobby and a small snack shop. There is also a shuttle bus going too and from Disneyland. The room also had a kitchen space with coffee machine and a fridge plus a table with a couple of chairs. Both rooms had air-conditioning and the beds were very comfortable! Would recommend 👌

excellent value for money. The service we received from staff was 5 star. The pool was heated so my son was able to swim even in winter! the rooms very very clean and looked exactly like the photos, no disappointments! 5 - 10 minute walk to some convenience stores and eateries. shuttle bus (extra fee) to Disney is handy. again, top class service from all staff

For the money you pay for the hotel there is nothing to criticise.

The place was a great stay if you're looking to go to Disneyland! It offered a bus ride there and back and it was super cheap which was a nice surprise ! Just needed it as a place to sleep but definitely wish we could've ate at the restaurant/bar and used the pool! Nice staff and clean place, all good!

The walls were pretty thin, you could hear the neighbors next to us every morning but it didn't bother us to be honest.

the staff was very friendly. the property and rooms were very clean. the area and property felt very safe.

I did not like that we had a room with a conjoining door. normally this doesn’t bother me, however because of that door we could hear our neighbors taking, using the shower and the blow dryer. it felt as if there was minimal privacy

Sonesta was comfortable welcoming and really clean. We traveled with our 5 year old son, he loved the pool. We also had new corgi puppy and 12 year old Chihuahua. We are love to wash our laundry before we head home and they had a great set next door at their sister location. Our son loved the pool and the quick elevators. Coffee was great and the muffins were amazing. We come once a year and we will be back!

I do with the washers were located down stairs but the sister location was a quick little walk and possibly a bit more grass for the dogs. All in all everything was great.

Clean, staff was accommodating, comfortable for a family of four, welcoming, shuttle to Disneyland available, laundry in the area, I like that they are environmentally conscious not using mini plastic shampoo bottles each guest but instead they have dispenser for your shower needs, they can keep your luggage and give you a call when you're room is ready for check in so you can enjoy and plan your day while in Disneyland

It was awesome! It was a beautiful resort and i loved the pictures when you walk in, everyone was very nice to us and accommodating. we didn’t unfortunately get a chance to use the pool (next time) but the hotel room itself was awesome too
