the facilities and accessibility to town center was great

everything about the hotel is great apart from one staff by the name barbra who works in F&B at the hotel restaurant she was very discriminating to my friend and arrogant towards us both,I felt very intimidated and looked down upon with my friend just because we were black,the management need to have a meeting with her…her tone of voice and approach when asked why she talked to my friend in that manner was very unprofessional

The staff were really friendly, the hotel room was really especially for the price it was.

The location the hotel isn’t the best on a main road with construction that wakes you up very early

We were going to see a concert at The Etihad Stadium and chose the hotel for proximity. We walked to and from the concert with ease avoiding all of the traffic. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.

On arrival we could not check in because of the sheer number of people attending the concert and doing the same thing. Also had used the 'parking' filter on the Booking.Com website only selecting hotels with parking. On arrival we found that we had to park in a car park opposite (not too far away or expensive but not what we had expected)

The hotel was lovely, the room was very comfortable and modern and the air conditioning was great, especially since we visited on a very warm day. The restaurant and bar area were also very nice. The staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast was great, amazing selection and good quality. There is parking near by which is very affordable considering how centrally the hotel is located. The location is great and very near the Etihad stadium. Although the hotel was busy it was still quiet and peaceful which we appreciated.

We did have a short wait for our room as we requested a room on a lower floor but unfortunately could not get one. This was absolutely fine by us and the staff were extremely kind giving us a free bottle of Prosecco for our wait. We really appreciated their service. The roadworks outside the hotel do make it a little bit difficult to cross the road to where we had parked the car, however this is temporary and clearly out of the hotel’s control.

Hotel and room was spot on. Perfect sized room for 2 for a few nights for an event in Manchester. Walking distance (about 12mins with luggage) to Piccadilly station. Room service was a welcomed delight when tired and there were limited food choices around. Staff were consistently friendly. Tv had a great array of channels and beds were super comfy.

Room was serviced over the weekend and had to call front desk for towels. After 1hr had to go to front desk to ask for towels. Location was a bit isolated with lots of construction around so was difficult to get out of the hotel and across the roads.

The hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station so the location is great in that respect. The immediate surrounding area is mostly industrial estates with redevelopment ongoing so not many facilities on the doorstep although there is a dominos and a Costa across the street. The hotel is modern and clean and has air conditioning. The breakfast is as good as any hotel buffet breakfast and worth the money especially since my son ate for free. I was very happy with the room and the stay overall.

A little disappointed with the pizzas I ordered for my son and I in the evening. These were expensive and I'd probably have been better going to dominos across the road.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice beds were comfortable. Bar and restaurant looked very nice but we didn't use them. Was easy to find from the station only a 10 min walk. Nice hot shower. Clean towels and bedding. Very happy with stay.

The only thing that let the hotel down slightly was the building work going on next to the hotel it wasn't noisy just the closest crossing was closed so made it harder to get across the road. Our room was a little noisy during the night as we were close to the main door on our floor to get to the lift and stairs being a light sleeper I could hear this going a few times but it wasn't to bad.

Comfortable, clean good size room with everything you need. Helpful staff. Great lifts! I was on 9th floor & didn't hear construction that's going on next door.

July 23 - Unfortunately due to construction next door the pedestrian approaches to the hotel were confusing & limited. Lots of foot paths were closed & as it's on a busy junction it was difficult to know where to cross. Also the hotel signage is facing the wrong way now construction has begun next door so I wasn't sure if I had right building when I approached from behind. Window signage would help. I guess it'll improve when construction finishes.

Rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. Breakfast and bar staff were lovely.

One member of reception staff was rude.. The outside of the hotel is an accident waiting to happen. There was no safe or obvious entry into the hotel due to building and road works taking place. There are also two holes in the walkway outside, which look like they should have bollards in. It is just a matter of time before someone puts their foot in one and falls or twists and breaks an ankle. The roads outside the hotel have no pedestrian crossings or open barriers, which means you have to run over a main road from the car park/shops at the other side and the pavement is blocked on the hotel side on both sides, so no options for safe access. Whilst you will be ok if you are young and fit, the hotel is not currently suitable for older people or those with limited mobility.

the beds were very comfortable and the staff were absolutely fabulous. rooms were clean and modern with plenty of plugs and usb ports available. the breakfast and room service menu was excellent. plenty of choice options which would suit anyone.

on our second night there was a fight between guests on our floor. the fight wasn’t handled great by security staff as they delayed calling the police. the room was very comfortable however I paid for a superior room and believe I received the standard room as it was smaller than I expected. the area was under construction which isn’t the hotels fault whatsoever just a slight eyesore when walking around the hotel.
